Very comfortable. We were visiting family in Arbroath and the location was very easy to reach. We enjoyed our stay.

We have used this apartment several times now and the boys are always happy when we manage to get it booked. Its their favourite place to stay in Arbroath. Very spacious, clean and cant fault the hosts.

Adil sent photos and instructions about parking and getting the keys. He also gave us discount from his fish shop. Apartment was very large with a roof terrace in a great location overlooking the coast.

Great location, right on the sea front. Walking distance to most places and good selection of stores within short drive distance. The accommodation is really spacious and very clean and well furnished. We were really comfortable and the kitchen was fully functioning allowing us to cook meals. The balcony is huge and views are spectacular.

spotless and newly refurbished I think. large and lots of space. the owner came to say hello when we were in the restaurant below where we had an amazing Arbroath Smokey for our tea.

You are unable to open the dishwasher door fully due to the positioning of the kickboard in the kitchen. A clothes airer would also have been useful to take advantage of the sun and wind, rather than using the dryer.

The property was spacious, clean and well appointed. There were plenty of hooks for hanging things on, and so much space for toiletries etc in the bathroom. The staff were fabulous and couldn’t have done more to be helpful.

Nothing could have been better.

The apartment was large, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The balcony overlooking the North Sea was a big bonus. Everything was great and we will definitely book again if looking for accommodation in Arbroath.

The whole apartment was amazing with stunning views from the balcony extra touches like tea coffee and stunning decor everything very modern and Fresh and the chips from downstairs restaurant where great they even give us ice the host was just a message away if we needed anything they made us feel very welcome highly recommend

It was hot and you couldn’t open the bedroom window because of noise from extractor from fish and chips below and smell. Some of the heat came from the kitchen below. There was lots of traffic noise. The advert should have made it clear it was above fish and chip shop.

loved loved loved this property, well equipped & staff were so friendly. We ate 2 nights from the takeaway downstairs & the food was lovely & very reasonably priced. Beautiful views from the balcony & it was a 2 min walk to the town. We will definitely be back 👍

Some cigarette ends outside entrance door; would have been nice for them not to have been on the ground but not a massive deal.

Superbly decorated flat, very comfortable and spacious and in a really good location. Restaurant below had brilliant selection for adults and kids. Fish and chips was delicious. Lovely flat and great base to explore a gorgeous part of Scotland.
