I contacted the host for additional bedding (only one pillow on sofa bed) and toilet paper and got no answer and never got additional pillow cases or toilet paper. I also told the host some of the furniture in the main bedroom was loose (wardrove door and side panel and the headboard) and got no reply.

The location is very good and, given there is a cocktail bar in the main floor of the property, access is easy. It also makes a nightcap easy to find. The place was clean and had what we needed for a long weekend.

Up a lot of flights of stairs! This didn’t bother us too much as we are all fairly fit but definitely not for you if you have reduced mobility! There was quite a bit of noise from the street below but to be expected on a main road. We got used to it after the first night.

Lovely little apartment, fantastic location and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and great value for money for the brilliant location. Mo was an excellent host who was responsive to messages and was available via WhatsApp if we needed anything.

The double glazing window was broken. Curtain cords were broken, no tea towel or washing powder supplied. Very difficult access to the flat as needed to take 2 elevators and walk up two flights of stairs.

Great for 2 people. Space for 4 to sleep, but not so much for luggage. Definitely not for 4 adults. Maybe a little too much furniture? Also a little loud for sleeping at night, as there is a restaurant/lounge downstairs.

Skylight means it stays pretty light at night even in the winter The shower had trouble draining but hopefully that’s something that can be fixed after passing on the feed back.

The windows were broken, some did not open, some opened too far and were dangerous. The kitchen needed new drinking glasses/wine glasses. There was no lift direct, and we needed to lift a heavy case up two flights of stairs. The wardrobe door was broken.

The location was superb, next to a tube station and all the museums. The apartment was modern and fitted out well, with comfortable beds. It was very clean and perfect for our family of 3.

Very noisy from the bar downstair at night, stairs are too small and very hard to go up with luggages. Toaster tht came with the room need to be clean up, kind of dirty inside and no facial tissue only toilet tissues are provided. Only 1 set of the body towel entire of your stay.

Disappointed there was no toilet paper or tea towels, and the bathroom smelt really strongly of cigarettes and cologne, which must be another apartment but caused allergies. Also there was always stuff in the hallways and stairs, cleaners leaving stuff all over the place.

Spacious apartment right in the city near the tube. Hosts were communicative and friendly. Washing machine was great.

Apartment was on 3 rd floor and lift was only till 2 nd floor so difficulty in reaching the luggage but best if one is travelling light … but this shld be mentioned in the booking that there is no elevator.

Breakfast was not provided since it was an apartment with kitchen or I would say we did not opt for it… location was good since it was right next to a tube station

It would have been useful to let us know it was above a bar . Very noisy at night so slept badly ; had to get ear plugs so could sleep through the second night . Checking in proved challenging: a better system would improve this experience.

There was no lift and we have to carry luggages up a few flights. If we have an extra set of towel less used would be better. For the sofa bed if there’s an extra layer would be better. If the fan is less dusty would be good too. I think there are too many decor which took up a lot of table spaces.

Location was excellent closed to tube, cafe, Harrods etc.
