Tiny tiny improvements would be some shower gel, facilities to wash up pans (couldn’t find a cloth so was a bit tricky) and some olive oil - coffee machine would also make this 9.99/10 property full marks

Couple of bits missing (kitchen tea towel, hand soap in second bathroom); curtains quite thin, lots of light coming through in the morning and feels a bit exposed as there is no curtain downstairs. Not great if you can’t sleep well in the light, so my sleep was quite disturbed.

Beautiful accommodation, well decorated and comfortable. Great location for exploring Cornwall. Nice fire place.

Access and parking isn’t the easiest, but is doable with a little care.

A little gem of a place. Nicely tucked away in a quiet street but close to everything in the village. Heated floor worked well, and the kitchen is well equipped.

We liked everything! Not a negative but more of an FYI, but if you've a big car, the road access from the main street is very tight.

The place is decorated beautifully. The location is perfect for St Agnes, but also easy access for exploring the wider Cornwall area. The terrace catches the morning sun (in May!), so perfect for having breakfast outside if the sun is shining.

Lack of heated rail for towels.

Suberb, clever decor and general design. Perfect for 2 people, felt very spacious. Comfortable bed and lighting well thought out.Loved the under floor heating, title appropriate..very cosy. Lovely touches... from the walk in shower to the mugs. I want to re vamp my own house! Perfectly situated in the centre of St Agnes.

Not a complaint, just an observation for anyone with a wide car - entrance into the street is extremely narrow, otherwise everything was perfect.

Beautifully designed with high quality fixtures and fittings. Huge comfy corner sofa, luxurious bath and walk-in shower. The bed was comfy and it was great to light the real wood fire every night.

A washing machine/dryer would have been super useful (we spent a lot of time beaching and hiking).

Fab location in the small quaint area of St.agnes. Very lovely, walkable area. The pad was conveniently located and tucked away - we felt safe and cosey! Beautiful light in the property and a lovely outside area with little lights to bbq in. Great kitchen and range of utensils for cooking. Would definitely stay again. The entire property was designed to perfection and was a very grounding experience. Bath in the bedroom was INSANE!! Thanks for having us!

This a newly built holiday let and has been finished to a high standard with great decor and finishing touches throughout.. The free standing bath in the bedroom makes for an extra luxury touch. The property is in a perfect location In St Agnes with a local deli, bakery, coffee spot (the sorting office) within a short walk. There are also great options for an evening drink within walking distance including the Taphouse serving cocktails and evening food. We would definately stay again.

Generally well appointed but could have done with a bit more storage space for clothes. Open hanging space in bedroom but no wardrobe or drawer space.

Great location, central St Agnes. Lovely space for a couple. Handy having a parking space. Woodburning stove in lounge and luxury bath in bedroom were nice touches.
