The lodge was beautiful , it was in a lovely location , spacious and very clean . The kitchen was well stocked with cleaning products , tea ,coffee, and sugar . It was great that bath towels were provided, too. In fact, anything we could possibly need . 10/10 We had an amazing stay, and would definitely come stay here again

The paved area for the car park could have been a bit bigger as we had to step out in the mud as the grass area was so muddy.

The lock box was convenient but a little tricky to open. The parking bay was right next to the stairs but is quite narrow and, as the weather was awful, it got flooded and the slabs between the tarmac and the stairs were undermined by the water and became unstable. These are minor issues and did not detract from the overall experience.

The hosts are a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful - the welcome pack and instructions are great. The property is very comfortable and very well equipped. The location is convenient (but I had forgotten just how heavy the traffic is around Chichester, after 12 years away from the area!)

My only comment would be that the single beds are very small but having owned a caravan myself I know this is normal, just the design.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The hosts of this unit are great. And so friendly. Prior to arrival i messaged several times and they got back to me asap. Unit was very large. Ample space. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. Fantastic oven and hob! We needed heating on on the Sunday morning. We only had it on for half a hour and the place was beautifully warm so needed to switch it off! It was like home from home. Very cosy... To walk to town was a lovely half hour walk...easily done...( there is a footpath near entrance which takes you almost right to footbridge) this will save u walking on main road. We used ubers to get back to the unit which cost between £8 and £9. Excellent value for money. We never used facilities on the site....clubhouse...pool....(we didnt have time) but we used the well stocked shop which was well priced. Wasn't expensive at all. We took a stroll around 2 of the lakes( there are many!)...makesure u have your fob as it opens the gate....very beautiful...so peaceful. Would I stay here again? Absolutely....fantastic stay.....First class.

Location is great! Around the lakes, the house is right above the lake. Nature is mesmerizing. Quiet, peaceful place. Ideal for a cozy family vacation. A house with all the comforts, big but very cute. And it was also very nice to see the Ukrainian flag on a nearby caravan, I don't know who lived there, but it was very sensitive 😌

There was a shortage of local taxis and without the flexibility of Uber, it would've been impossible to travel without driving everywhere . Would be an advantage if the lodge was dog friendly

The location was excellent. Surrounded by peaceful lakes with easy access to the local areas of interest. The walnut tree pub is definitely worth a visit for the excellent food.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner. More attention to detail needed here, as the bathroom floor had a lot of hair that really should have been removed through a thorough mop and sweep before our arrival.

The lodge was a beautifully presented home from home :) From the minute we arrived we were delighted by the location of the holiday park, the lodge itself, as well as the whole set up. It is a really well equipped and thoroughly thought out mobile home that we all really enjoyed staying in for a few days…and we easily could’ve stayed longer! The facilities were great too-we enjoyed walking round the lakes, a swim/play in the pool, dinner and drinks in the restaurant, and the children enjoyed an evening dance as well ;)

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Before arriving, our hosts were extremely helpful and very prompt answering my queries. The beautiful chalet was in a lovely spot near one of the lakes, was very well equipped and was absolutely spotless! We were only there for a 2 night stay for a wedding, but all agreed we wished we were there longer. Checking in and out was really easy. I would not hesitate to recommend.
