There was no heating so at night we was freezing and also the hot water was gone after 5 minutes so one of us had to have a cold shower which i wasn’t happy with at all especially as the price is quite a bit and they said they had heating and air conditioning but neither work.

It’s very clean and tidy, the kitchen is very nice, it has an oven and hobs so could make food, has tv with netflix and the bed was comfy so a very nice chilled night.

I think it would be a very tight squeeze for more than three people, and the sofa bed is not very comfortable at all - it is a hard faux leather sofa bed. Given it is close to the road, if you open the window it is quite noisy

A very central location by the main pier. Situated on the lower ground of what appears to be an ex office suites. You can see the sea from the lounge. Nicely decorated - and a lovely shower! All very clean Double bed is very comfortable Good value for money for a self contained flat

We were two friends staying in the apartment and needed the sofa bed, we were left bedding which was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was terrible and I ended up sleeping on the floor, resulting in a terrible nights sleep. I’m 5ft 8 and when I lay down, the last 5 inches of my legs didn’t fit on the bed. It was a clic clac sofa bed, one half had no integrity, the other half was lumpy and the centre section was solid, which meant sleeping was impossible. It was a shame as everything else about the apartment was lovely, so if you are staying here as a couple, it would be perfect but if you need two beds, I would not recommend.

The location was most excellent, perfect for the city centre and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean.

The property was a lot smaller than anticipated. The furniture was very small and not comfortable. Served a purpose for a base for one night but we felt was overpriced compared to other apartments we had stayed in. Homeless person has set up camp directly outside front doors and created huge mess. (Not property owners fault but needs addressing if selling as a luxury property!) The multi-storey car park next to property was really expensive which when already paid £150 For one night the additional £40 parking was a huge hit! When other properties were cheaper with free parking. Picked this apartment as we thought we were getting something better for the price. Couldn’t work out the heating and no hot water in the morning, re reading info I think we had to turn it all back on but no instruction how so didn’t bother.

Disingenuous listing regarding "secure private parking", it's a nearby council car park. I chose this apartment as I wanted to leave my band's equipment in my car overnight but had to take it up to the apartment. I only received that information via email this morning along with the entry instructions 3 days after my stay! The owner didn't reply to my arrival update text on the day, and didn't answer his phone for an hour after my arrival time and was quite belligerent when he eventually did. As an extra bonus he said that the fridge had been reported as broken by a previous guest, yeah right! Complicated entry too, it felt like an escape room experience.

Great location, with a sea view. Host had amazing communication and was really understanding considering some exceptional circumstances with my friends and I.

We had no hot water, had to have cold showers. There was four adults, but only room for 3 so a friend had to sleep on the floor, but states there’s enough room for 4 adults. The pull out sofa is a single bed. Trying to contact the owner is hard as I believe they may live abroad or was on holiday so very hard to contact. Would be good if there was some sort of instructions about how to put the heating on as it was cold during the night and especially this morning The key lock, I think could be labelled better so the customer knew which one it was as there’s a couple in the same place It didn’t effect us, but the homeless camp right outside the main building takes away the luxury apartment, I know it’s not the owners fault but maybe could sort it as some people might be a little un easy knowing they’re living outside the place Also my lucozade bottle was opened by one of the cleaners, we was able to drop our bags off early which was amazing! But I don’t think it’s right that they opened someone’s drink

How close it was to the centre, and close to the sea front if the weather was nice would of been great The cleaner lady was very helpful, even tried helping with having no hot water

It’s quite small and would be perfect for couples or a small family. We was out most of time so it worked for 4 adults.
