the fact that check-in was only until 6pm. So in case i was delayed because of traffic or some other unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't stay the night in the room that I paid for. Also there was only a ceiling window in the room and it did get a bit claustrophobic for my toddler.

it was clean and the kitchenette was clean too. The bathroom was missing body wash and shampoo but they brought it for me upon requesting. The only issue is that they don't let you check in after 6pm. That can be a deal breaker in some situations. They gave fans in both rooms.

The amount of noise from the next room until 3 am was not good..My partner asked me to turn off our TV because the music was too loud We didn't have our TV on( it was the TV in the next room) and they were also watching some thriller movie as there was a lot of very loud screaming sporadically blasting through the walls...., so we had rather a disturbed night's sleep.You do expect some noise with other guests moving around which was all that was heard from the other adjoining room. but maybe there could be a limit on how much is acceptable after midnight added into the information pack to ensure all guests have the great nights rest this property offers

Comfortable clean room with kettle hob microwave and fridge....perfect to make yourself something nice to eat .Pillows were very comfortable (difficult to find in many establishments) Good check in with helpful friendly staff.Useful information pack..Appears to be a good restaurant onsite with an extensive menu, but we didn't actually use it Also a very pretty outside sitting area to the side of the property.Very little noise from the road, which is a busy dual carriageway thanks to the good quality double glazing the room had..

The place was a little noisy as next to a road and it only had blinds so the room was bright in the morning, a pair of blackout blinds/curtains may have been nicer as it meant we were all up very early. We did have a small issue with our shower not working properly but owner notified and I'm sure it will be fixed before u know it as they are very very nice!

Great communication from booking and and easy self check-in as we were checking in later that evening and Sandra made sure we had all the info needed. Great location, nice and clean.

Paid extra for late check out but cleaning staff were very noisy outside our room from early morning banging and clattering, eventually knocking on our door asking to clean our room...............they said they did not know that we were a late check out, so not overly happy we paid for a service we did not benefit from.

Lovely lady on reception to check us in (sorry did not get her name sadly) could not do enough to help, a real welcome change.

Missed a toaster and hair dryer, but we could have requested a hair dryer (just couldn't see the point for the time we were there) and the sofa had seen better days - looked okay but wasn't that comfy.

The 'mini' (or Harry Potter as my husband called it ) kitchen, was adequate - 2 hobs and a microwave oven. Fridge was a good size (with a freezer section). Shower was good.

We faced onto an alley and although we didn't need a view, there were some loud noises early on the Sunday morning as trolleys were being rolled around.

There weren't as many cooking utensils, crockery etc as expected for a family suite, but still enough to make do. There were not proper curtains on the windows (blinds on the main window, nothing on a smaller window in the kitchen opposite the bed) so it wasn't very dark as the street lights shone through.

The owner went out of her way to ensure I was able to collect my key. We had a lot of personal things going on that week so I wasn't as responsive to her calls or as organised as I would usually be, but she was still polite and accommodating and made things as easy for us as she could. The space was cheap and cheerful, perfect for what we needed.

TV could have been on a different wall, a little far away from one bed and to close to watch from the other.

First impressions there was a lovely clean smell. Everything was clean, lots of space, comfortable bed. I brought my own food, so cooked in the microwave provided. Fresh clean towels too. Even though next to road, I slept very well. For the money it was excellent value for money.
