The cleanliness of Lynebank, the owner was very helpful. The room was a little small as we were travelling on a motorbike so with the helmets, leathers and luggage it was a bit of a squeeze but for one night we managed, the room was clean and tidy, the bed was a little soft which I am not use to but that is not a negative as this is personal choice.

The bed was too bouncy and low. Couldn't move without the other feeling seasick, with the roll.

The staff were very helpful, we rang to say we were running late due to traffic delays and they were all ready for our arrival.

Hotel decor is rather dated and could do with redecoration/refit for the price paid.

The decor was not to my personal taste- others may appreciate it better. The room was quite small and furnishings were basic, for the amount paid- in contrast to my friend's room- which was much larger and better furnished, for a difference of just 20 pounds. Breakfast was extra- I would expect it to be included, at that price.

The check-in process was smooth- we had called in advance to say that we would be late in arriving- Mr Amer waited for us, swiftly checked us in. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was of a reasonable size.

Very good 😊 We stayed there for 4 nights without any issue Staff was very professional and polite specially Mr Amir. Price was very reasonable for four nights including breakfast Free parking 6 miles from Asda We are not fussy We had a good time as we visited many places Happy what we paid for our stay

Very close to a busy road, is was a very warm evening when we arrived unfortunately I am not happy of the fact that dogs are allowed to stay in the rooms it not that we don’t like dogs, but the smell is not pleasant and we didn’t sleep well.

Price was reasonable and host friendly and accommodating offered a meal and drink on arrival, breakfast was a buffet style, cctv provided so you felt secure.

There’s nothing not to like.

Amer is the perfect host. Lovely old building with lots of character. Couldn’t have felt more welcome. And the food was fantastic- and I was expecting to go out to eat!

Kettle was dirty,dirty buns ,shower only showered one at a time, found out that you only got hot water at certain times .

Breakfast for £5, this was a continental one. This was all pre packaged items. No normal restaurant on site, had to go elsewhere for our evening meal. Room has no double glazing, main road outside with vehicles going past all night. Don't expect to get any sleep
