The room was Boiling! On the third floor and the heat must have risen as no radiators on. Wouldn’t be comfy in summer!

The room was very clean and comfy, the shower was very nice, nice hot water which can be controlled to any temperature. Lovely toiletries and the cleanness was outstanding. I only had two problems one was the lift- my sons had a electric wheel chair so he had to swap rooms with me, and I also had a pram and the corridor had steps half way through and it makes it hard for prams and wheelchair to walk to other rooms, we booked two rooms and they were on different floors and different corners so we struggled abit with that. Am the other was the breakfast was confusing as you had to order hot food at the till and then cold breakfast was a buffet option. Never seen this at other hotels, other than that the breakfast was pleasing.

Small car park. Had to run hot water for at least 5 mins before it got hot. Not a lot of storage in the room and quite small.

Lovely staff, good food, dog friendly. Nicely decorated. Handy for town and train station.

My dislikes were mainly of our disabled access room The mattress used on the bed in the disability access room we stayed in was far too high and awkward to get on I'd hate to think how someone in a wheelchair would manage it It was also too soft and myself and my partner found it uncomfortable Although the bathroom was huge the actual room itself felt cramped and with only one chair someone had to perch on the side of the bed which didn't work due to the height of the mattress The only complaint about the bathroom would be the lack of water pressure in the wash basin tap it trickled out at times I'm sure that could be sorted as the pressure in the shower was excellent

The hotel has only been open a few weeks so everything is very clean and new The food served at the bar was very nice and reasonably priced Breakfast which is included in the price again was excellent and cooked to order The bathroom in the disabled access rooms are excellent Loads of room and the shower was great. The hotel is pet-friendly although they charged us an extra £15 a night for our dog

The location was perfect for exploring lytham. The hotel far exceeded my expectations, the food was fantastic (especially the pancake machine at breakfast!). The staff were very kind and helpful. All excellent would highly recommend it

Staff could of been more informative, ordered breakfast then had to ask about coffee etc... and the checking out system had to ask. Nobody really said what was what otherwise lovely no faults

There was nothing not to like about this hotel. Excellent Value for Money.

Room was on the third floor within the eaves, a little claustrophobic but only there for one night, so no problem. Next time we stay I would request a lower room. Having said that the bedroom and bathroom were stopless. Breakfast super. A choice of hot or cold or both.

Everything, food staff room location.

Dave and all the staff ,fantastic, food 5*, location excellent, my advice is dont waste your time staying anywhere else in lytham, this place is the best and considering the tariff and the room and food quality and the attitude and understanding of the staff, especially if you are travelling with anyone who is infirm or ill my wife as Ms, and is partially sighted, unfortunately she had a pannic attack because of the change of scenery, she was treated with kindness understanding and helped by the staff, once again thank you the team at offshore for a wonderful stay, good luck for the future look forward to my next stay kind regards Alan , New forset Hampshire.

The location of our room, very back of new extension. Very poor lighting, dull and gloomy and difficult to get ready for our night out. Very noisy early morning with workman on adjoining property.

1. Check in process, we had to ask customers waiting at the bar where to check in. 2. Wait for hot food - 40 mins at breakfast 3. One coffee machine for 99 rooms at breakfast and cramped buffet area, it was a bun fight. 4. Tables sitting uncleared. 5. Check out - had to wait for member of staff to finish texting to had in our key cards, poor service.

Location and accommodation are excellent. Convenient for St Anne’s and Lytham. Bedroom was comfortable and enjoyed the sea view.

The room was perfect but the ventilation was shocking! The room was so warm and the window only opened a couple of inches so no air at all and at night was dreadful to sleep! Is this even compliant with fire regulations? I would love to stay here again but I can’t imagine how it would be once the temperatures rise in summer!!!

The property was immaculate and the refurbishment is a massive credit and no expense spared! Staff were great and genuine!
