It wasn't particularly clean.

Perfect location with beach and all amenities close by. The caravan had most things you need. Beds were comfortable and there's a lovely veranda to sit in the sun. Plenty of parking.

Just one thing to remember Swimming pool is not free- you have to pay for it which is lil expensive - £7 per person- regardless of age

It was super Personal touch for decoration - lil and beautiful things 😍 Kitchen stuff - apart from usual stuff, they have foil, salt, coffee, grill machine - love the lil care Location - beach is hardly 1 min walk Overall great location . Owner has response very quickly

Caravan was a great size, whereas I appreciate not the newest I was disappointed with the cleanliness. A lot of dust and particles on floor especially around kitchen table. The toaster didn’t work properly and the kettle leaked.

We have stayed at the park before and love the area a great central location and park itself. The caravan is in a great location right next to everything so little walking to pool shops etc. Communication with owners was great and very quick.

As I was only staying for 2 nights, I had booked the accommodation due to other reviews and photos showing towels and coffee/tea etc so I didn't have to bring much. They seem to rent out a few caravans however on the same listing and the one stayed in, I couldn't even see in the photos. After payment had been taken, it was advised I needed to bring my own towels and when I arrived, there wasnt any coffee or tea so had to buy new items when I've already got full items at home. If someone has multiple accommodations, they should really all be listed separately so you can see exactly what you're staying in and paying for. Not major but was slightly disappointed about it. Cleaners also need to be more attentive.. crumbs were still sat on the dining table, one of the dining table stools had lovely thick curly short hairs and lots of dust and crumbs on, and one of the shelves in the bedroom had been left with what I imagine was all the dust and hairs wiped off the others in a clump.

Great location, comfortable bed and nicely decorated throughout. Real pet friendly (allowing dogs to cuddle on the sofa rather than just allowed in the accommodation), decking with a gate and what looked like decent outside furniture. I didn't get to try as was so awfully windy. Plenty of heating to keep warm with. I didn't cook but found plenty of cookware and utensils, plates, mugs and cups. Only thing that I didn't find that I needed was scissors! But coped without. Host was good sending over lots of information and kept me up to date with on site information.

The caravan was very good for dogs! The smell took a bit of getting used to.

The caravan had everything we needed. It was great having the rooms split between the two ends so we had plenty of space each.

The caravan was spacious in the lounge and kitchen. It had everything you needed for a stay from home. Towels were an added bonus. The bedding was fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable. We ran out of gas on the first day, but a phone call to housekeeping quickly sorted the problem.

Matressess on single beds uncomfortable grandchildren informed me. Would have liked a tea towel and hand towel in kitchen and scissors as part of the equipment. Cooker seemed very temperamental. Manuals on how to use equipment would be helpful. Extra charge to use pool and clubhouse facilities should be bourne in mind.

Caravan in nice position on the site. Pool and clubhouse on site which is why we chose this. Comfy double bed in main bedroom. En suite good to have.

Caravan had everything we needed for our 3 night break. Bedding & towels were included, unlike others where you had to pay extra or bring your own! Little extras also like hand soap, body wash, toilet roll, washing up liquid & even some teabags & coffee sachets were also provided. Wifi was available via a mobile router if requested. Double bed was very comfortable. Pet friendly, again included in price unlike some where you pay extra £30 /£40. Beach was literally less than 5 mins walk away. Great communication with the owner.

When we arrived the key code was a little jammed but this issue was very quickly resolved! There were a few things in the caravan that were not ours that had been left from previous owners like a children’s toy and a robe on the back of the door. It was a little bit difficult to find, the instructions said opposite reception but a more thorough explanation of how to get to the caravan would have helped.

Amazing location just a few minutes walk from the beach and a little shop and facilities on site. The caravan was great and had everything you could think of and more! All bed linen, towels, shower gel was provided. There was even some board games and dvds. I loved that they didn’t have regular drinking cups. They had proper ones which made it feel so much more homely and lovely. There was even a little tray full with teabags and milk and things. I loved that there was enough seating both inside and outside too. The host was lovely and very quick to respond and informative too. WiFi was also a really great added bonus.

Very little but if I have to think of something... a hand towel for the toilet as well as the shower room would be good. The son who slept in the right-hand double bed had a few issues with the mattress topper in the night!

Very good location near the park hub, shop and beach. The caravan was spacious and cosy with plenty of kitchen equipment and - unusually for a caravan - sharp kitchen knives! We liked the room layouts and that there were lots hooks for coats and wet towels. The shower was a good size with plentiful hot water. The coastal inspired decorations and lights were a nice touch. Also good to have some local attraction brochures on hand.
