Not dislikes but improvements... The beds were dated and in need of upgrading. The steps to the decked balcony could do with some anti slip grips, especially when wet for safety. Cold at night (March), so heaters had to stay on, in the absence of central heating, mainly because the windows were not double glazed. The bedrooms would benefit from having curtains to block out the many lights around the site. There could be additional bin areas on site for recycling. Also, it would be a bonus to have additional dog bins.

The caravan had everything we needed. Very clean. Loved the DVD idea and books left to use. TV size was excellent. There was plenty of room for my dog. Loved the gated balcony. The shower once hot was perfect. Great, that my car could be seen parked close to the caravan. Easy access to the beach, public transport and pub, restaurant on site.

Getting from car to van was downright dangerous for us oldies. Very muddy and slippery.

Our host was great. Available at the end of the mobile. Said to call if we needed anything. We didn't.

Sofa was very uncomfortable but caravan all in all was lovely. Single glazing so wouldn't recommend staying in the colder months.

I didnt like that fact that your have to pay for electric for the price we paid you would think electric was included

The caravan was very easy to find good size the little heaters worked great didn't take too long to heat the caravan at all beds were comfy

Caravan was comfortable and in a good location . , bed v comfy and all areas very clean. This was our second visit to this caravan and would like to return next year. The site is well managed and the fact it's dog friendly is a bonus!

The double bed was uncomfortable as the mattress springs could be felt. The bottom bunk was also uncomfortable.

Toilet seat held on by one side and the bed mattress uncomfortable spring ready for coming out side near door poked into my ribbs

Caravan was comfortable but would benefit from an upgrade. Paintwork uneven, rust around mirrors, flooring not finished correctly.

Location was lovely, if you want a quiet holiday. With just a small bar and a few arcade games in an adjoining room, it was enough for me. It's great that my dog could go wherever we went. Did mean there was a fair walk to get to anything suitable for my teenagers. Caravan in a great spot, close to the entrance. Ample parking.

The site was very clean and tidy beach a short walk about 5 minutes, the site really could do with having a shop, caravan L12 had all you could needed.

We think the site is very agreeable in May. It will no doubt be much busier in the summer. It is a very dog friendly site including the pub. The food and drink in the pub onsite is excellent; we went there twice to eat in the 5 days we spent there. The pub does breakfast but we didn't try that. There is washing facilities onsite but you need to buy tokens from reception; beware reception is closed on Sunday. We plan to go again next year in a 2 bedroom caravan from the same people.

Only minor fault was the toaster wasnt working. Possible potential problem if staying longer than 3 days would be to top up electric meter.

Caravan was very clean all over. Plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable. Caravan location was good as not far from town centre and pet friendly including the bar and restaurant on site.

This feels picky as the caravan had everything we needed for a one night stay and was good value. WiFi would have been good for a longer stay but the signal was good anyway for data so not an issue. The bunk beds are definitely intended as children's beds. We had teenagers on them who managed but would have struggled for a longer stay.

Great location. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach for us. Room for 6 of us to celebrate a birthday. The fire was very effective when needed and heaters in the rooms. The kitchen was well equipped with oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The site was plenty quiet enough and we weren't disturbed by any others around.

Shower was a bit hot and miss and the door kept locking us out if we nipped outside but minor issues.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and made up on arrival. Host was responsive and gave very clear instructions on how to find the caravan and entry details.
