We didn't have a loch view which is what we wanted. We also asked for a first floor apartment but was given a ground floor. Whilst food was delicious service was slow and we left without waiting for dessert.

The apartment was very spacious, too big for 2 people but we loved it and has made us want to return with the family. Food was delicious.

Slightly outdated decor, probably from the 70s. Tiles on the balcony cracked and/or released, Mould on bathroom silicones. The carpet was old and dirty looking (grey/brown) throughout the residence. Uninterested receptionist without smile or empathy.

Nice area in the countryside, great garden and a lot of amenities (things to do).

Apartment was comfortable, although looking a bit tired. I have been going here for over 20 years and it was always a higher end apartment and spend, for us, every year with family. I felt there were not enough dishes etc in the kitchen. Light did not work in the lounge. My bedroom had these awful, what looked like, made up curtains, with a hole in them - they looked like they had been made with an old blanket!!! I found that to be a bit disappointing. We did not ask to change apartments as we had already unpacked our food, clothes etc for 3 nights, but it is the first time, in all the years of coming, we felt disappointed. View was, as always, lovely.

The interior and furnishings are dated, particularly in the bathrooms but it didn't impact the stay (the showers were still good). For the price, excellent value of money and it was still a great stay.

Stayed in an apartment and the size of the rooms took us by suprise. Really fantastic views from balcony and good facilites, including in the kitchen area. Very comfortable and clean rooms.

Accommodation number of issues.As telephone not working in apartment.zHad to walk to reception each time. The telephone did not start to work until the second day half way through. Staff did not check up on issues to see if they were resolved. Took note of issues and said they would be dealt with. No follow up from Staff. .There should be courtesy calls made by staff

It was all a little bit run down. Not a massive problem, but this would be the most beautiful hotel imaginable if they did a good refurb - one of those 5* resorts that I would not be able to afford to go to! So I guess, in a strange way, it's a good thing that they haven't refurbed it yet as it means I could afford to go!

It's the most beautiful location you can imagine. The apartment we had was of a good size and had plenty to it.

Pool very cold, then closed one day. Mixed messages about dining options with dog. Dog friendly restaurant closed for duration of stay. Apartment a bit tired and dated was cold on first night.

The apartments are extremely dated. They desperately need upgraded. They smell musty! They should show photos of the bathrooms as I wouldn’t have booked if I’d seen more photos.

The location and scenery is absolutely stunning. The grounds of the resort are gorgeous too

The accommodation was in need of an upgrade. It looked drab and dark. Fridge didn’t cool down and we reported this. There was also a smell coming from the kitchen sink which we also reported. As it was raining we tried to watch a movie on DVD player which didn’t work but this was replaced quickly which was great for the children.

The property was spacious though in need of an upgrade. Apartment we had had a lovely outlook.

Location great with fantastic views across Loch Ard. Apartments spacious, well appointed but need a little updating. Facilities at the hotel and leisure centre were good and something for all ages.

I did not like no signal on the phone. no wi-fi all weekend. the problem was not solved. When traveling with children, parents also want to have some time off. mold on windows everywhere, cobwebs in windows need cleaning. I don't think I'll go back there again.

I liked the park, a lot of greenery, well-kept lawns and the surrounding area. silence, beautiful views. a picnic area on the grass, benches and coffee tables outside with a beautiful view. In leisure centre a changing room for families with children to enter the swimming pool.

Check in with Rebecca at reception....was advised that no other apartments are available all booked. After i had requested previously 4 weeks prior to a view of water. The ground floor apartment was not up to standard in the cleanliness, so I was not staying there for this reason also no view due to trees. After this, I was moved only to find out that most of the apartments were empty. Nearly 7 at night before I got settled and check-in is from 5 So time wasted. Not great customer service, only at check in this is my only fault along with the musty apartment. After this reception was good and was happy with my stay. When you are on your own first point of contact It is important to me. Staff in general were pleasant and helpful Defo going back now. I have been and seen this wonderful setting
