No gym, and the gym recommended was fob pass only so we could not use it. Maybe a partnership arrangement for guests could be arranged.

Nice hotel, breakfast was very good, we ate away from the hotel in the evenings. A nice few days away. Clean, good size rooms.

Was not informed that the hotel was covered in scaffolding The car parking charge is way too expensive Coffee was poor, sent it back, they offer afternoon tea but not just a coffee and cake ? Heard three other guests checking in at a much lower price than what we paid, cheaper by £45 in one case.

Dirty toilet between loo Iid and seat and seat kept coming off the bowl Sheets didn’t fit beds so beds had to be remade when we arrived. Mattress protectors very stained and grubby Shower corners and grout black, possibly mouldy Advised staff that a wine glass had been left in the hallway outside a bedroom on the afternoon we checked in and it was still there a day later Scrambled eggs in the buffet were green on the first morning, staff removed them. Bathroom door needs to be opened when showering or the mirror steams up Scaffolding across the front of the building

Room was a good size, lots of space for suitcases, it had a desk and a table with seats so somewhere to have a bought lunch if not eating in the restaurant. The bathroom was a bit small but quite functional and plenty of room for toiletries. All Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Dean who was exceptional. Lots of choice for breakfast. Excellent position opposite the castle and a great escape from the crowds.

Our room was in need of a little tlc, e.g. the carpet had seen better days and some of the paintwork was very scuffed. We were surprised at the number of tv channels that were unavailable. However, we did not visit Windsor to stay in our room all day and these are minor points. The decent sized cups for tea/coffee were a definite plus!

The location opposite the entrance to Windsor Castle is perfect and parking in the hotel garage is easy. The room was comfortable and the breakfast very good. All the staff we met were very friendly and professional.

Cost of car parking is high but the convenience of being at the hotel just about negates that.

With family we travelled to Windsor for an investiture at the Castle. Location is superb for this and overall the hotel met and exceeded our expectations. Convenient parking in Hotel underground car park if a little costly. excellent breakfast and a special mention for the Concierge team who were very helpful in our multiple trips to the car park having forgotten things.

There is a smell on the 5th floor corridor, which seems to be from the pipes. I also do not like the sensor lights that only come on when it can sense people. Its better to have low voltage lights instead in the corridors

The bed was very squeaky when making even the smallest of movements. There was also scaffold up outside but that is to be expected when making renovations.

It was difficult to get shower gel in my bath. On request I was told my room doesn't come with toiletries, that I have to be pressing the shower gel mounted on the wall until it start to flows inside the bath 🙃
