Codes and doors were a little fiddly to get in and out. Parking was challenging (I got a ticket - my fault - should have read and planned properly before I got there). I stayed in the loft which I loved but would suggest blackening the skylight above the bed. I would have preferred a stand up shower but probably on balance would take the bath over the shower which was awesome.

Quirky decor, which I love, super comfortable bed. Well stocked for breaky. Bath was very welcome after a long days’ hike! I didn’t to use the coffee shop as it wasn’t open when I was there but having that on your doorstop plus the bakery, pubs, convenience stores and hiking start points was fantastic.

As mentioned before, noise from pub directly opposite on Wednesday night until 11pm. Then deliveries to shops below from 0530. Netflix signed out by previous guests so had to watch Masterchef!

In a fantastic location in the centre of Crickhowell, easy parking outside the front of the property. Large amount of information provided regarding the local area. Dog blankets and treats left for our puppy. The room itself was absolutely lovely, beautiful beams, a great size and done to a very high standard - all for an extremely reasonable price.

The room was lovely and comfortable, it had everything we needed and the decor was beautiful: we appreciated the basket of fruit we found, the biscuits and the towels for the doggies! It was a very nice stay and the location was central and practical for all our excursions.

The noise from one of the other rooms. They had their TV on almost every waking minute they were in their room. Up to midnight on night one, and on again by 8am next morning. It was very loud,we could hear almost every word, like having radio in our own room. Low down on the common wealth games mainly! Not sure if the tv can be moved in which ever room it was. Late check in of 5pm wasnt great if only staying two nights. Add an early checkout to that and our stay was reduced by about half a day. When I first booked I had planned to get there in the afternoon and have a sleep/rest before th evening as I'm 8 months pregnant. I think your main light bulbs have gone for the feature lights. Didnt bother me at all, plenty of other lights, but thought you should know. Overall stay was amazing but more time by an earlier check in would have increased the value of the stay.

Breakfast was a little bit limited. It would have been nice to have some bread or a voucher for a pastry from the cafe downstairs as well as the cereal.

Lovely room in a great location. Perfect for exploring the Brecon Beacons.

The only thing we didn't like was the mattress as it was too soft and gave us a bit of back pain.

The room has a beautiful decor, it was equipped with all necessary amenities and everything was very clean. The accommodation is in a great location to explore the area and go on walks surrounded by stunning nature. The host is very kind and super helpful too!

Little soundproofing from flat next door - we could very clearly hear them talking, TV, alarm clock etc. Also surprised that we needed to wash up in the bowl / bath after using our t a cups, dishes etc.
