The service in the restaurant was very slow.......the lady that served us was very knowledgeable and pleasant however she was on her own for alot of the time. She tried her absolute best.

Karen at reception was absolutely fantastic, such a pleasure to speak with.....amazing at her job. The room was great and the location was perfect.

Noise from the street could be heard

Breakfast. Not tasty or nice at all. Lunch - they served pickles on fish finger wraps. Sent back twice and still came back with pickles even though the pickles were not on the menu.

Air con did not work in room and when windows were open noise of the city centre (especially at night with drunks and traffic) was loud. Room was hot because no air con. Bathroom flooded from above but hotel dealt with this promptly. Room was spacious and accessible bathroom good.

Our initial room. No water provided for standard rooms - we had to collect a jug of water from reception on arrival.

Breakfast was very good & our waiter was extremely helpful. We booked a double room(as did our friends) but our room was small, dark & depressing. Our friends chose to book the same but their room was bigger with a king size bed. We then upgraded at an extra cost of £300 for 5 nights.

Too hot in rooms and no way to regulate temperature Parking was hard to initially locate.

Plush and edgy decor which championed the history of the building. Well located in close proximity to the Cathedral quarter. Short walk to city centre and St George’s market. Very comfortable and beds were excellent

Good breakfast. Very centrally situated in downtown Belfast, close to the Cathedral Quarter (with lots of pubs), to the river and Titanic Belfast. Very nice and helpful staff.

No air conditioning and my room was boiling hot that I had to sleep above the covers with the windows open. This meant that I didn’t sleep very well as it was very noisy.

The salad I ordered for dinner nothing wrong with it , it just wasnt something I liked,

unfortunately the extra bed we requested was removed from the bedroom because we were late due to delay in our flight and could not be put bed for us so had to share bed with the 2 adults. breakfast very good.

The room upgrade not worth it

I thought the upgrade to tge room wasn't worth the extra £27. Didnt seem any different. Breakfast was good

The restaurant menu could have been more interesting. There was nothing in it which enticed me to eat at the hotel and I ended up eating elsewhere.

My room was enormous, very quiet and exceptionally clean. There is sufficient storage space and a good sized desk on which to work. There is also a comfortable armchair, which also allows you to put up your feet. I found the buffet breakfast a bit basic but adequate. The cooked breakfast looked good but I did not ask for it so I cannot comment. I have to commend reception staff who were always smiling, polite and helpful.

Continental breakfast disappointing compared to other 4 star hotels. Cooked options very good.

Karen on front desk lovely and welcoming . Beds very comfortable and rooms a great size. Great location . Lovely have Nespresso and choice of teas, coffees, hot chocolate and treats.
