Very quiet hotel, no noise from the street but close to the sea front

saw the owner once on arrival. the bar said it was open 8pm-11pm. decided to go back at 9pm for a drink instead of a pub to find the bar closed and door locked. was ok, just not very welcoming or value for money with no breakfast. don’t think we’d use it again. shame as it was nice apart from that.

One of the lights didn't work in one half of the room. The tiles in the shower a little dirty.

Host and hostess very welcoming, met us on arrival and explained everything clearly.

The lady with the blonde curly hair was absolutely amazing, extremely welcoming, friendly and fun, the heating had broken but she made sure we was well equipped with electric heaters, we will definitely be going back.

Bathroom was small. On arrival asked what beer were sold went throught what they had but did not open on the friday or saturday so kids could not play pool but only 2 minutes walk to weatherspoons so all was not lost.

E-mailed before visit to see if we could leave car at 12.30 replied yes you can book in at same time instead of rushing back. Was greeted on arrival & shown where to park and given key. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do 2 minutes from front & food venues and 5 minutes from pleasure beach. Room was clean beds comfortable room a bit chilly but heated soon warmed up. To say it was fully booked was very quite.

The only complaints I had we're with some of the other residents due to its location it should just be for families and not arguing couples and the less desirables of the world but all in all the room was value for money and would stay again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to pleasure beach and sandcastle 👍

The room was very spacious and well planned out the room was very modern and the tv had all the apps on it plus the wifi was at good strength and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

needs updating and no bar open for guests even though they told us it would be open at 8pm on checking in at 2pm.we chose this B and B for the bar facilities toilet in one room leaked. rang emergency number, no answer and left voice mail but no one rang us back no hairdryer however you could hire one if you could find staff to ask as no one about

Needs a bit of TLC but don't a lot of b&b's

Was exactly what we expected a good base for a night at the illuminations, ideal location for pleasure beach and sandcastle, only briefly met the owner but she was very welcoming.

Clean room and friendly service. ~ I wanted somewhere cheap and clean , with no bells or whistles and that's what i got.

loud at night from the bar and people in and out. struggled to sleep with the banging of the doors and my son woke a few time with people shouting from the bar down stairs

No complaints from myself or my family it was a place to sleep and eat the rest of the time we were out enjoying Blackpool, it was like a little home from home for all our needs, so from us it was a great stay

It was a short weekend stop over but the hotel was very nice and ideally situated for all we like to do. Our room was a nice size and clean and tidy. Wish our stay could have been longer but would definitely book again in the future.

Nothing everything was good.

Good spacious room. Clean and tidy, close to all amenities and McDonald's round the corner which was a 5 minute walk, great location, and the host was very friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again.

Just a tad out of reach, if you want to go on a pub crawl. Ok if you decide to stay down the south part of blackpool. Near to pleasure beach ect.

Upon our arrival, owner was lovely and inviting. Room ok, but appeared clean. Had facilities to make brews. Bed was comfortable.

The wallpaper was falling off the walls, there were people arguing and fighting on the stairs, never hardly saw the people who run it, needs decorating throughout
