Lovely accomodation by the beach and harbour in Ballycastle.

Pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast menu/ setup in general should be better and should be more healthier options available.

Rooms were spacious and mordern. Staff were friendly.

we had a beautiful room with a beautiful view after a misunderstanding with the booking. hotel had us booked under a different than the one on my booking but receptionist was lovely and sorted out and we ended up with a fab room.

A little dated, rooms and reception area could do with a bit of updating.

Good location, very near the beach. Short taxi or walk into town. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast and very nice dinner. Dog friendly - didn't have our dog with us but definitely would stay again with the dog after seeing how dog friendly it is.

Parking is a nuisance. if you did not get a spot across the road from the hotel, you had to try and navigate through a phone up system at a separate carpark behind the hotel; but owned by a Scottish company. the phone up system did not work and if you do not have any "sterling" coin ( we had just arrived from ROI) the parking pay centre did not have a card facility, only coin.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. bed was huge and very very comfortable Dinner was top class cuisine The view of the beach and across the harbour from the bedroom was spectacular. we could see Scotland in the mist beyond Torre head and Rathlin Island a few kilometres from harbour.

Reception layout poor. Chip out of our sink in our bathroom room no 218. We reported it to reception In case they thought we broke it. Also prefer individual shampoo, body wash etc in bathroom. Parts of hotel unfinished but couldn't complain about our room apart from sink.

Location was great. View was exceptional also. Staff lovely.

Heating was turned-off a bit too early in the evening for our liking on our end of December stay.

Room was ok, but expected more for the cost compared to other hotels we stayed at. We were at the end of the hotel next to the roundabout and could not sleep because of the noises with the cars into the early hours (possibly racing). Could do with more sound proofing.

The areas open to the public such as the restaurant had been refurbished and were a very high standard. The location on the seafront was nice. Breakfast was good. Room was large. We got free parking outside. We had a great evening out in the town though. This was probably our best night out in holiday.

Really enjoyed the stay, if I had to mention a negative- Rooms could do with a bit of a lift. Door handle was really loose. However these were minor issues

Superior double room, with sea view lacked complimentary products in the bathroom, such as a shower cap.

Staff were efficient and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable! Food was excellent and plentiful. Nice touch was having a Christmas tree in our room 😁
