It was a fair walk into Rhyl and the bus depot.

The security deposit of £100 I paid on top which has not been given back 8 days later and counting. If this was known before I booked and paid for the none refundable caravan for the weekend I would have looked elsewhere. Upon chasing it for it to be returned I was told it takes 10 working days! Kids swearing and spitting in the kids play area (more of a parents place but thought I'd mention) Lack of food choices.

The toilet was too small and the mattresses on the bed were so hard.

A bit more choice of food on site would be great. The people at the takeaway hut were helpful and the food was good but if you’re there for a week it gets a bit boring having the same thing over again.

The caravan was spacious, clean and comfy. It had a large area outside where the kids could play when we were in the caravan. The caravan was located really close to the amenities. The caravan park is well maintained and must easier than others to book things like swimming. I read reviews about not being able to use card payments but we had no problem whilst there.

Needed an extra outdoor play area for the kids. It was a bit confined. Never got to see any entertainment due to no seating left but is high season, so was to be expected. No bus stop outside site, so used car every day, as just too far to walk to rhyl.

There wasn't enough bedding and towels for the amount of people we booked for. The bed in the living room had a very small thin uncomfortable mattress.

Nice quiet family friendly pool area. Very close to town centre and Promenade area. Quick and easy check in and out.

Had to light thr cooker with a lighter. Under the sofa eere the board is was dirty and not been cleaned. Utensils need to be checked as they was dirty/ didn't work (tin opener)

Caravan was not very clean when we arrived and also smelt of cigarettes.

Lots to do on site... kids loved the entertainment.

The caravan , had trouble with electric leaked water no hoover or thing to clean the caravan with had a sewage smell to it. No way at all to get intouch with the owners . Half the lamps didn't work and no WiFi and TV didn't work

Our caravan was opposite a football court it was very noisey especially the first night the kids were still in there at 1 am. I called the out of hours man to ask him to shut it the next 2 nights and this was after 11.30p pm. It shud be locked before 11 pm as it’s so hard for your kids to go asleep.

Downfall no internet…. Aware internet wasn’t free in caravan and willing to pay for the time we were there but even after numerous emails to vital WiFi and visits to reception nobody manage to connect us. Seating area had many stains could do with a deep clean.

Location was great. Pool clean, take away food really good. Arcade and sports bar suitable for kids and older ones. Plenty parking space near caravan. Feeling of security knowing someone was always on gate monitoring cars entering.

I feel the entertainment for the children could’ve been more of a variety and their wasn’t a variety of food. We eat off site every night. Plus booking for swimming I think we should be able to do this before coming as I we struggled to get slots
