All the little extras - refreshments, dressing gowns, toileteries, bar stools and porthole to admire sea view, huge balcony, good use of space. Great restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner!

Property was totally stunning. Views out to the needles and Hurst castle. Without question simply the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Hosts also made us feel extremely welcome, and the apartments was very well equipped for our stay. Location excellent for walking, fantastic Lighthouse restaurant onsite, 15 minutes walk into Milford On Sea for some local shops and pubs. The Britannia Thai restaurant is also highly recommended. We could not fault the Marine Apartments and will for sure be looking to book again.

Loved the view of the Needles and walk to Hurst castle. It was great to be able to swim on the beach across the road. The restaurant down stairs made evening meal easy and was very good!

The room was a little on the small side and the room key particularly difficult to use. The sensor tap was a bit annoying!

The room was very clean with good fittings and comprehensive facilities. The terrace was an added bonus. Restaurant downstairs was lovely with nice, good value food. Great views and proximity to nature reserve.

The interior design really wasn’t my thing but it was very functional except that curtains that aren’t meant to close just block the view a bit so seem fussy. I appreciated check in times were only targets but 3-5 should really be specific enough rather than needing to text as well- felt the onus of that while visiting the castle. Could have done without such heavy warnings about insect life because it wasn’t a feature of our stay at all. Wonder if they could ever persuade the cafe to open an hour earlier for their guests for a minimal menu- there were lots of staff about.

Fantastic location. Right at the end of the castle spit, loved it. Really well run place. Loved the sensible attitude to guests’ needs (pint of milk, bottle of shower gel, wine glasses, big mugs, robes and flannels, range of teas to share with other guests). Very comfortable night’s sleep and wonderful shower. Most of all really appreciated how clean everything was, it was great to be told about the day 2 cleanse in advance and the windows were so sparkly- I know how difficult that is to achieve at the sea as I stay in a lot of coastal properties where the views can’t be appreciated as brilliantly as they can here through immaculate glass.
