The bed was a bit hard and squeaky and the bedrooms very small. Walls between areas very thin. The property is rather messy behind the mobile home. Expensive for the type of accommodation.

Nice setting in front of the mobile home, by the water and being visited by the birds. Even better to be able to feed them with the food provided. Cosy lounge area with comfortable chairs. Warm and with an extra heater.

The location is just the best!! The views are so lovely and it's so peaceful. All you can hear is wildlife absolutely bliss. We loved meeting the owners and there animals and loved our regular visitors the ducks, Geese and various other lovely birds ☺️

The location was lovely! There were ducks, chickens, sheep, guinea fowls and horses nearby which added to such a nice stay. The view of the Humber Bridge in the background was great.

I definitely wasn't expecting such a lovely, peaceful, relaxing retreat just across the water from the hustle and bustle of Hull - absolutely fabulous. The accommodation is a wonderfully appointed static caravan in the heart of a nature reserve. As well as being greeted by the wonderful owners the welcoming party also included guinea fowl, geese, ducks, chickens and moorhens - best welcoming party ever! The caravan comes complete with bird feed and these guys are well aware of that so will also be waiting at the door when you get up in the morning. The caravan was clean, comfortable and spacious and the views over the nature reserve and across the Humber Bridge were wonderful especially at dusk. Barton Upon Humber has plenty of places to get something to eat and if you don't want to make breakfast in the mornings there's a great café a short walk away from the accommodation. All in all this is a fantastic place which I would recommend to anybody wanting a great value, relaxing place to stay.

Shower had very good flow rate and consistent temperature but the cubicle is quite small. Bathroom needs a shelf above toilet to put down all your toiletries and a privacy blind for window. Small double bedroom would benefit from shelf next to bed to allow for putting down of a drink, watch, phone and maybe a small lamp.

Great welcome from co-owner Barry. Super friendly, informative and very helpful, perfect host. Location next to the lake was gorgeous. Loved waking up to all sorts of birds (hens, ducks, geese, ginuea foul) just outside front door and feeding them the supplied bird seed.

The position was so relaxing with plenty of nature to see and lovely walks. The town has plenty of places to eat and is nice and tidy.

Each room was too small to open our luggage inside the room. We all opened in the living room. But it was not a big problem!

The atmosphere was very nice! Lots of animals were visiting us! There were enough rooms for 5 of our family to stay. I had good sleep. There was a kitchen and a living room for night time to watch TV and relax.

The location is second to none in my view. Its so peaceful and so full of life at the same time but the life is all wildlife. You can sit for hours just being visited by all the fantastic birds. Its so good for the soul and I actually feel better for being here after a stressful year.

The main bed was a bit cramped and squashy. No other issues.

Extraordinarily peaceful location right next to lakes, reedbeds and water fowl, the perfect resting place after a long day cycling across the Wolds. The hosts were thoughtfulness itself and we were only sorry that our stay was so brief and we couldn't enjoy more of the facilities offered.
