In room 6 the transition from bedroom carpet to bathroom tiles is a bit rough. There some staining on the desk chair.

Clean and comfortable. Good facilities, adequate supply of tea and coffee including a Bosch capsule machine. There are sockets for travelling plugs and usb points.

Room was smaller than expected but still had a good nights rest. Comfortable and no fuss. Convenient location as well. The owner was also flexible in allowing us to park our car at the property after checking out. Thank you!

There is no breakfast, although, I guess, this kind of lodging is not supposed to provide the breakfast facility. There are plenty of small vendors nearby though.

A good property at a good location. The check-in process was easy to follow. The Host was always available via email/phone. The property has a parking lot , just in front of the building. It is to accommodate 3-4 cars though

It was near the Golders Green tube station. In a nice quiet location, easy to find. It was warm, clean ans comfortable. Communication about access was good.

Way smaller rooms than on the photos but totally ok for a short trip.

Not in central London but close to the tube and just a quick ride away from everything you need to see and visit. Super clean, new towels everyday.

Communication with the owner was brilliant. Location is very good but not closed to the city center; however busses and tube are very close and we didn’t mind traveling with public transport. Very easy to check in and take over the room anytime.

Nothing, all was good. The decor in the bathroom was a little tired compared to the high standard of the bedroom, but it was clean and everything worked, so was fine for us.

This is the second time we have stayed here for a short visit to London. It is close to the end of the M1 so very little London driving needed. Ample parking on the forecourt of the hotel included. It is a short walk to golders green tube and bus station, I am a slow walker so would say 10-15 minutes, but it is flat and you pass some interesting houses so it is a nice walk. Our room was a good size with nice decor and furniture. Super comfy large king bed. We could control the heating in our room. Tea, coffee and fridge provided. All you need for a drink. Bathroom was small but OK with toiletries provided. Shower was good. Room tidied during the day and done with great care and attention to detail. Check in is contactless, but smooth. All instructions sent to you. Very quiet at night. We slept well here. Pillows and bed linens felt of a good quality. We will return when we next visit London.

The room was a bit small, but for my needs (I only slept there) it was great.

Great location just an 8min walk to the tube and bus station at Golders Green. On very quiet place, great for sleeping. The room is nicely heated, coffee, tea maker and fridge are available in the room. Cleaning every day. Nearby there are lots of markets, including Starbucks. Owner Phil was very nice and helpful. Great contactless check-in.

Shower would only work well with eco mode on but eco mode made a loud buzzing noise which I was worried would disturb anyone in the next room as it was late. Quite a few channels on TV wouldn't work.

Clean room with comfie bed, quiet location and within easy walk of Golders Green station. Lots of tea and coffee stuff and fridge in the room which was handy.

Bath Towel was tiny on me!!! But this is usually a problem in most hotels not just here.

Phil was super helpful before we arrived and very accommodating. Room was lovely on arrival smelt clean and had everything we needed. The location was amazing too!

Parts of the furniture were badly scratched, the door to the shower very rusty and dirty on the bottom, and there were spots on the chairs. Whilst showering, the courtain literally clung to my body, and the bathroom was really tiny. The apartment could do with a mild renovation and a deep clean. The view to the garden wasn't very charming, as it looked forgotten and not cared for. But we enjoyed our stay nevertheless and got decent good nights sleep.

Very nice area, quiet and easily accessible with public transportation. Easy check-in, without meeting the landlord, however. The room was nicely decorated, equipped with all expected necessities.
