I found it rather cold. There was an electric fan heater and radiator but it could do with the central heating turned on now that the colder temperatures have arrived.

Super location with lovely views over the tall tree lined garden. Very quiet. I had everything I needed in the kitchen and bathroom.

Leaving the property it was unclear as to where to leave the keys as you needed them to open the main gates

The area is amazing and leafy, the owner really friendly going over and beyond with hospitality and the facilities in the flat perfectly functional

There was nothing I disliked, but a couple of constructive comments for the host. The kitchen area needs at least one saucepan. The bedding can be improved. Some of your guests may like a TV and I know it is on the host's list, it didn't bother us that there wasn't one. Wifi would be appreciated as the phone signal (at least EE) was very poor in the area. Maybe a couple of lights outside on the route to the door would be a good idea for your future development. The apartment is lovely and could be exceptional with a couple of small extra touches.

The location was perfect for our needs. Jess was an excellent communicator and, although he wasn't there to meet us in person, he was available by phone to let us enter the property remotely (very trusting!). The property was just what we needed being close to the Guards Polo Club where we were attending an event. It was relatively easy to find, I used Google maps aerial view to confirm the actual location as it was dark when we arrived. The let is very new, so there are a few small details that will be improved I am sure... but nothing that would cause me to not recommend to others. Jess even offered to leave us some bits and bobs like milk, tea etc.,. The bathroom was excellent.

Nothing to not like. It has a unique entrance but the host ensured this was never an issue.

The host was helpful clear and enabled me to access the room with minimal fuss. The room was large, airy and clean, shower absolutely fine.

It's not an apartment! Ex office turned in to bedroom. Very badly laid out. Bed beside counter with TV to side of bed. No locker, lamp or anything to make it feel comfortable. Kitchen sparsly fitted. No coffee/ t-bags or milk if one even had these with them. And remember, a little far from nearest shop. No live TV, only streaming. And for sum of the channels had to be signed up. Bin was full, and place was uncomfortable. House, beautiful on the outside, lovely gardens etc. This seems be xtra space that money can be made from, and is not treated as proper accommodation at any cost. Hate to say it, unless landlord makes changes, give it a MISS!!!

Tv was not easy to watch as it was at the side of the bed, and the high up step into the shower I wacked my toe, and also slippery floor in socks

This was really disappointing no working heating apart from very small fan heater freezing cold.apartment tatty and cluttered bathroom freezing and cluttered with old toilet rolls and old toiletries. Kitchen dirty no complimentary coffee or tea or water. Couldnt leave quick enough.

It would be great to share the exact location of the accommodation so it is easier to find it when arriving. I arrived at night so it was a bit harder to locate it, but the host was helpful with useful directions and I managed to check-in successfully.

I enjoyed my stay at Maywoods Apartments. The location was perfect for my needs. I'll be booking this place again when returning to the area.

Stunning apartment and amazing location for the PGA golf event we went too. Owner was amazing and accommodating and communicated throughout with me and the questions I had. Blows my mind just how cheap this place was for location and quality
