Expensive considering - the bathroom has no window or ventilation. The room was so hot and couldn't turn the radiators off- so had to open the windows- however there was a pigeon nesting right outside so woke me up at 5 through 9 with its cooing sounds (it was nesting on the property). TV is really small and Internet connection is terrible- kept dropping out.

Great location, 7 min till Victoria station, very nice surround , a lot of cafes, small markers, restaurants next to the hotel , quite place Clean Wonderfull room, excellent team, ready to help and solve all problems, big Wonderfull room and shower , so amazing morning coffee and croissants, clean rooms

Rooms are quite small which is I think normal in London Rooms sound isolation is poor, basically you hear all your neighbors, which is I would say only during a day time issue since the place is quite nice organized and it is very silent over night time.

Really great value for this rate. Comfortable feeling like home place. Great location 10 mins walk from Victoriya station, 20 mins walk from Buckingham palace and Big Ben. Helpful friendly staff. Really the place to stay if your purpose to discover the city and you are away during daytime

The beds were uncomfortable. In order to have good water pressure in the shower, you needed to have it scalding hot.

The room was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly. The coffee and fresh pastries were amazing. Location perfect.

The beds were not comfortable and there was not much space for putting stuff and clothes on. And you hear the neighbors. Quite expensive, but that's London.

The location was nice. Near Victoria Station and a safe clean neighborhood not far from Westminster. Very friendly staff and 24 hours night portier. A nice small breakfast (cappuccino and pain au chocolat/croissant) in the small lobby or to take away was included.

I could hear very well when next room door was opened and closed, felt as if it was the door of my room. Was not a big problem though.

Room was clean and cosy, location is perfect - 15-20 minutes walk to Westminster Abbey, 15 minutes by bus to Trafalgar square. There was a complimentary breakfast - pastries and coffee/tea, which was a pleasant surprise! Would definitely stay here when coming to London again.

Nothing to report, if you like Italian food, go to O Sole Mio around the corner from the hotel, it's a fabulous Italian restaurant.

This was my 4th stay at The Melita and have always been impressed by the staff, cleanliness and presentation of the rooms, all beds and linen are comfortable and clean. Bathrooms can be small but always functional and well maintained, Definitely recommended

Plastic cups in the bathroom are unnecessarily bad for the environment. I should also mention the paper thin walls. It didn't really bother me, but I could hear every word from the room next door and the people on the street, so if you're sensitive to noise, this isn't the place for you!

The staff were amazing, the room was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished, the free breakfast was tasty and the location very convenient.
