The location could be loud at times, but your in town and close to things. The comforter on the beds can get warm, but we just easily turned down the temperature a few degrees at night.

Wow! We so wished we could take this place with us on the rest of our vacation. We were a little worried about the street parking, but never had a problem being within 25 feet of our front door. The host met us at the property and gave us the tour. She was not only friendly, but thorough. We had no questions about anything when she left. The kitchen was very comfortable, usable, and well equipped. She even had some spices and oils for us to cook with. A washing machine and dryer were also nice, especially with the provided soap. The dining room was very comfortable for eating. The living room and sofa was very comfortable and the app-equipped TV was nice and large. The rooms are very comfortable, as were the beds, and they even have closets with hangers. The bathroom was great. Lighting was good and the shower was amazing! The apartment has a nest thermostat which was very easy to set and control. The metro isn't extremely close (about 6 blocks), but it's not a bad walk and it fairly easy to use with just 2 stops into town center. A Tesco grocery is about a 5 block walk away. Very good take-away including pizza and a Subway close as well. We would have loved to stay here longer and will definitely stay here again!

We loved the how clean the property was, how it was immaculately furnished and how well equipped it was. Beds comfy and nice bedding. Everything you needed was there. Down to simple things like washing powder, salt, pepper etc.

The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed for self catering. We only used the bed in the larger bedroom and the mattress was soooo comfy! The hosts, Conor and Shirley, were very responsive to any messages and Shirley met us to hand over the key and offered advice on local shops etc. There is a Co-op only 2mins up the road and a bigger Tesco perhaps 5 or 10mins walk which was very convenient. There are also loads of cafe's and takeaway places nearby, and the bus stop to town (£3.50 for an all day rider) is at the end of the road. We loved Belfast and if we ever return, I would definitely book again.

The neighbourhood was a lot noisier than what I'm used to, nothing major, but just had me a little on edge, constant car doors going, a dog was barking a lot, you can hear a lot from in the living room.

Lovely comfortable place, everything you could need. Very close to bus stop to get into the city centre. Local shops close for your food and drinks. Very clean, beds were very comfortable, shower was good. Nice cosy little house.

This is an out-of-town property and situated in a densely populated area. The decor was very simple and we felt a few more pictures on the walls may have given the property a little more character. However, all these things are to personal taste and others may disagree.

We arrived at the property to be personally greeted, always a good touch in my opinion. The property appeared newly decorated and had a feeling of space, despite being a mid-terraced house. Although we only prepared a light breakfast, the kitchen was well equipped and there were good instructions for using the appliances. The bathroom, with shower only, also had a feeling of space. A small problem with the water and heating was resolved very quickly. Both beds were extremely comfortable and we slept well. Despite being in a residential street we were not affected by traffic or noisy pedestrians. Parking in the street was easy. With two 'express' type supermarkets at the end of the road and a huge number of other cafes, restaurants and takeaways, catering was not a problem. Although we chose to drive into Belfast on at least one occasion, parking is not easy in the city centre, but no problem at the Titanic Exhibition. However taxis were easy to get and not expensive. Public transport was available from the end of the road and would have been cheaper but we decided to minimize our stress levels. The prospect of a 35 minute walk did not appeal to us, but may to others. This accommodation is only a 15 minute walk from the University Quarter, a vibrant and more upmarket area in the city where the Botanic Gardens are also situated. The Ulster Museum was fascinating and we would certainly recommend this as a day out. We certainly enjoyed our stay here.

The bedding had a strong perfume fragrance from laundry products.

It was very quiet and conveniently located to public transportation, the Belfast Museum, and botanical gardens, and a variety of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequate.

Felt like a home away from home! We used one bedroom and it had a very comfortable bed which we were happy to sleep in for 4 lovely nights. Location was great, walkable to most services we needed. I really appreciated the extra blanket provided which I used to snuggle with on the couch.

Great location. It was so easy to get into the city centre. There is a bus stop at the top of the street, or you can walk to the city in 35 mins. Shops and restaurants were also very convenient to get to. The property itself was also excellent with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay.
