We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomNo lift, 4 flights of stairs to get to our room (I have a disability) the room and bathroom was spotlessly clean but the shower was very awkward to get into. My husband is over 6’ and he was higher than the fixed shower head.
Great location. Very clean. The Restaurant (Nicks) was outstanding. Fantastic staff and the food was delicious, absolutely delicious! Great view and considering we were at the front of the building on the main road it was very quiet.

There was no more interaction than that, no welcome, enjoy your stay or even a smile 🙈 we couldn't find any staff in the morning on checkout either so didn't know where to leave the keys. A little more information would have been fab
The room was very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing! Everything we needed, iron, ironing board, mini fridge ( milk provided) tea coffee sugar also. TV, storage for our clothes etc.

United KingdomSmall thing to point out, the shower cubicle needs a shelf or basket to put your shampoo and shower gel in. Just a suggestion.
Great location. Near to car park. Breakfast in the room good. There was a loaf, butter, various jams, pain au chocolate, and cereal boxes. Plenty of tea and coffee and fresh milk. There is a fridge and microwave in the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, there was tea and coffee making facilities plus pan au chocolate, cereal and Milk which was a lovely added bonus. The fantastic assortment of eating places adjacent to the hotel was also superb and very convenient.

United KingdomOnly one thing i did not like , the front door was old and hardly i could opened, and was no any reception or anybody to ask, i did not know this, and i received an information email about the key info and all the other information what i needed just after i left the Hotel in the next day, i did not know the wifi password and did not know where to leave the key, i met some other traveller and they had the same problem , was no information and nobody to ask, this is i did not like, otherwise was a lovely time there, also i wished to have hot breakfast but was no option , and if i receive the information email in time (not after i left ) than i could use the restaurant next to the hotel with discount which i also did not know as just they write this in the info email what i didnt receive...
the Hotel inside fully renew and was very comfortable bed , also very new shower and had everything what i need, also the view was amazing sea view
