Got given an accessible room, not really a problem, but we don't need one.

Nice hotel for a nice night. Comfy room, only used the bar, not restaurant etc. Left my phone in the bar when I packed up for the night but it was given back to me in the morning, extremely grateful. Friendly staff.

We requested an early check in before arrival and again upon arriving early at 11am, which I understand is not always possible. However we still couldn’t check in until after 4pm as the room was not ready. The heating/air con unit did not work and we requested to be looked at, we were given a portable heater but no one returned to look at the main unit. Also the room smelt when we arrived and was freezing cold due to the window being left open which I assume was to air the smell……..

The WiFi was extremely slow the majority of the time. The location isn’t exactly in the city centre but it’s not far at all, 5-8 mins in a taxi.

The room was spacious & very modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. Didn’t eat in the hotel but the menu was big enough and had something to suit everyone.

Staff were really helpful when we arrived a little early. We were all put on the same floor which was helpful. Rooms a small but we had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was super comfy as were pillows. Bathroom was small but again it suited our needs so overall, really happy with the hotel and would stay again.

We were only given one towel on arrival and the one we were given had a small stain. The lady at the front desk was so lovely and brought us fresh towels straight away so was no big deal.

Aircon broke after the first night and reset didn’t work. so room was getting stuffy and lacked air circulation

We were only here for 1 night!

Great location, a short walk to the old town and a quiet area to get a good night's sleep. The staff were excellent, providing extra pillows for my pregnant wife to get comfortable and checking us in a few hours earlier than the allocated time.

Air con didn’t work for 1 night but the 2nd night it turned on. Shower went under maintenance for a few hours as there was a water leak elsewhere in hotel. The phone line was dead and was defective.

Very clean. Shower was amazing. Staff were very helpful and brought water up to use to clean as the shower was off. Other facilities such as bed, TV, kettle, sachets of coffee and tea were all supplied.

The Air Con wasn’t working properly for the first two nights and my sister got quite warm and couldn’t sleep much but the staff were really accommodating and provided us with a fan which saved us!

Breakfast options were great especially having such a wide variety to choose from. The room we had was so lovely and perfect. Hotel staff were so nice and polite. I really liked that it was very secure so not anyone could just enter as we had a key for access to the lift. Lots of shops and cafes nearby and everywhere we went was accessible by foot so no need for Ubers or buses. I would definitely come back here again for sure.
