Staff were really helpful when we arrived a little early. We were all put on the same floor which was helpful. Rooms a small but we had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was super comfy as were pillows. Bathroom was small but again it suited our needs so overall, really happy with the hotel and would stay again.

We were only given one towel on arrival and the one we were given had a small stain. The lady at the front desk was so lovely and brought us fresh towels straight away so was no big deal.

The fridge is not working

Staff were friendly and very accomodating. We arrived earlier than the check in time but she allowed us to check in already. Property is clean and accessible. Near tourist attractions

The apple juice is always unavailable

All good , when arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. When I made the check out, the lady was very friendly and helpful.

nothing {we didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that} however, a family member said the breakfast was lovely and loved the pancake making machine

Aircon broke after the first night and reset didn’t work. so room was getting stuffy and lacked air circulation

convenient location. 11min walk from train station Tesco across the road lots restaurant and cafe near by cinema is 10 min away and bus stops really close. And staff was friendly

We were only here for 1 night!

Great location, a short walk to the old town and a quiet area to get a good night's sleep. The staff were excellent, providing extra pillows for my pregnant wife to get comfortable and checking us in a few hours earlier than the allocated time.

Air con didn’t work for 1 night but the 2nd night it turned on. Shower went under maintenance for a few hours as there was a water leak elsewhere in hotel. The phone line was dead and was defective.

Very clean. Shower was amazing. Staff were very helpful and brought water up to use to clean as the shower was off. Other facilities such as bed, TV, kettle, sachets of coffee and tea were all supplied.

The Air Con wasn’t working properly for the first two nights and my sister got quite warm and couldn’t sleep much but the staff were really accommodating and provided us with a fan which saved us!

Breakfast options were great especially having such a wide variety to choose from. The room we had was so lovely and perfect. Hotel staff were so nice and polite. I really liked that it was very secure so not anyone could just enter as we had a key for access to the lift. Lots of shops and cafes nearby and everywhere we went was accessible by foot so no need for Ubers or buses. I would definitely come back here again for sure.

We had a slight issue with the aircon/heating not working, but we were provided with a portable heater. I can honestly say that the customer service at this hotel was second to none. The staff went out of their way to rectify the problem and make our stay comfortable.

This hotel is good value for money. It is nice and clean, and the location is good if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the old/new town.

My only complaint is that we found 2 items in the floor which suggests it hadn’t been hoovered after the previous guests. Everything else seemed clean.

Conveniently situated, lovely hotel. We only stayed one night and didn’t have food but dining room looked nice. Room has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. Best thing was the staff however. So pleasant, helpful and obliging.

Nothing comes to mind. There was no issues. The corridor was straight. The room had a ceiling. The staff spoke words. I responded with the same.

The staff were pleasant. The room was clean. The location great. The hotel meet my request for a quiet room. I don't need to write anymore.
