Not a fan of glass bathroom walls even though it was frosted.

The location was excellent, there was a walkway directly into Euston station. Modern clean bathroom & spotless comfortable beds. Nice tea tray & bottle of water which was appreciated.

The air cons were not working, even after a room move , however I was given a portable fan/cooler that did the job, however did not sleep the first night at all. Also during the room move some of my personal belongings were left in the initial room and in the evening when I realised and asked front desk no one could find them.

Conveniently located not far from our Sue Ryder offices, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and had what we needed, toiletries were of excellent quality

Central location and room was perfect for my solo trip. Food in restaurant was lovely, ate my evening meal there. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The staff look like they dont want to be there and the rooms are a little tatty in places. Not the worst place ive stayed pretty average.

Rather noisy. Located very close to Euston station, and the forthcoming HS2… you could hear a constant noise. Noise from other guests next door and in corridor was very noticeable given it was a weekday evening I stayed. Kept awake until about 2am and then from 6am. No plug near the bed… so had to plug in phone across room. Lamps next to bed were non British plugs?! Crack across surface of sink in bathroom.

Good location to where I needed to be. Cost per night seemed reasonable which was the other reason I picked it. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Though the hotel is fairly central and close to the tube, the immediate area surrounding the hotel is hideously ugly and pretty trashy.

My room was very uncomfortable, the heating could not be controlled in the room and I was struggling in 28°C heat late at night. I tried to call reception but the phone in the room had no service. The lift did not feel safe at all, and the whole place feels very dated. I was given an accessible room, which the person checking me in said was bigger. However, there was barely space for me to walk between the bed and the desk, so I’m not sure if the accessible rooms would be suitable for someone who requires a wheelchair, definitely not a larger electric wheelchair.

Having a smoked glass panel between bedroom and bathroom means the whole room lights up if you have to get up in the night. Dining area a little cold in the evening if the side door was being used.

Location to Euston station is great although be aware you can't walk quite as directly to and from because of HS2 work. Staff were all lovely. Room was clean and adequate for our needs. Bed very comfortable and we were supplied more tea and milk when we asked although very good selection of beverages. Food very good and a good selection for breakfast. Had a lovely meal in the evening.

Room rather small and should be better soundproofed. In need of a carpet clean as carpet quite stained. Network completely blocked on TV so could not even use my personal mobile hotspot for easy access of Netflix etc, or mirror my laptop for that matter, so only freeview channels available as standard if you do not have your streaming apps set up on a mobile device.

Reasonably clean and fairly comfortable. Fairly updated good sized TV with android and IOS mirroring capability. Complimentary toiletries were of good quality and smelt very nice. Shower had decent water pressure.

The room and bed were a little on the small side. The radiator in our bathroom wasn't working, making it very cold. No hot water when going for a shower at peak times.

The room were highly heated to the point it gave me a headache, but when mentioned to reception they stopped the heating in my room so it was better Not allowed to open the window for fresh air in the morning is not great even if I was told it’s for security reason, the window was high and only the top was opening so nothing could happen
