We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Pleasant greetings from smartly dressed manager. They upgraded my room from single to double no extra charge. He carried my case to room for me. Room was lovely, comfy bed and pillows and clean. Room refreshed on 2nd day. Hairdryer in room. I mention as some you have to ask and pay a deposit. You can pay extra for breakfast which smelt great but I just paid room only. Really friendly staff and cleaners . Location is great near Marine Lake and not far from Pier and Town Centre. I would stay again.

The receptionist was great. Booked me into my room even a bit early before scheduled time. Showed me how get in and out of hotel after hours and even upgraded my single room to a double room. Very affordable and value for money.
