The matress made a lot of when you turned at night. I guess that might need a renewal.

We liked the fresh contemporary look. Nasir at the front desk was very attentive with excellent customer skills. We loved the breakfast with the variety it had. Truly welcoming for families. Will recommend it to others visiting woburn or milton keynes. I mostly took photos of my children during our stay so can’t share how nice it is.

As always a Marriott breakfast is very good. Even for a self service breakfast there was a lot of choice. The location was good very quiet surroundings. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Room was tired eg. sink drainage was smelly and phone charging point broken and although just part of a plug because it was designed and located to be their proof it could not be replaced. Option offered was to change room but eventually I was loaned a plug in socket by who I believed was evening porter who was very helpful.

Breakfast was excellent also position of room as I had dog.

The room was dated. Plugs by the beds were round 3-pin, which should have been changed to square pins. Drawers were hard to close. Pillows were very soft and had to ask for more.

Rooms are ugly and dated, bathrooms are dated (still has a bath and horrible old shower curtain), the bed creaked and my mattress was uncomfortable. Lighting in the room was odd. Would be better if you had sky sports channels rather than news only in the bar area.

All Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great and plentiful. The gym is good and the bar and dining is new and delightful.

The shampoo bottle was not full, suggesting it had been used by a previous guest and not replaced. At the price I was paying I expected it to be full. I am gluten and dairy free. I had to ask for the gluten free bread and I couldn't find any hot water for my peppermint tea. I ended up having it when I went back to my room. Couldn't see any vegetarian sausages. Only 2 staff visible and therefore they were busy and difficult to pin down.

I had a junior suite - it was an important visit and I need to ensure my comfort. It was roomy and comfy, bathroom was clean. Room was also quiet.

In past 7 weeks we have stayed in 22 hotels - the bed we had in room 105 was dreadful and neither of us got hardly any sleep. The mattresses were horrible. The twin beds wooden frames creaked every time you moved. My wife is only 65kg and she even made the bed creak. The bathroom could also benefit from some decoration.

Location for business park, value. Service from staff was excellent. The breakfast was particularly good and we did enjoy the very interesting Far Eastern dishes for dinner.
