    Water leaks, and shower not very good.

    Wa decorated beautifully and staff were super helpful and kind.

    Be aware of delay in getting into the flat and be prepared for it!

    It was the worst part of our stay. They first assigned flat/lockbox #2 and then changed it to #11. When we arrived, both lockboxes were empty. My family including 2 kids remained in the car for more than 1 hour while I was trying to reach the property staff via texts or calls. No texts replied and calls answered after half an hour calling. At the end, they assigned another flat (#5) and luckily there was a key in the lockbox! The toilet flush was broken (runny water) and weren't able to flush. We should leave the toilet with louds of paper and pray that runny water would remove excrements!!!

    Flat in general was good. Facilities were enough for a family with two kids.

    We booked for 2 adults and 1 kids they didn't provide beading for kids we tell them but no response we get ignored

    The boiler was not working when we arrived. I rang multiple times to get assistance with this and the assistance was very limited, we finally managed to get it working in the morning however unfortunately it was a little too late as we were leaving on that morning and as a result had no hot water or heating all night!

    It is located at a big street, so very loud there because of the traffic. It is very warm, could not regulate down. WLAN sometimes not working.

    The whole experience was horrific. After receiving a booking confirmation, I was then told that I needed to send a copy of my passport and pay a £100 deposit which was not mentioned on the listing. After providing this, I was told that the booking may be cancelled as I lived “too close” to the vicinity and most people who lived in the area tend to cause damage to the property. I called this out as blatant discrimination and then was told that I could continue with the booking. If I had not already paid then I would have cancelled at this point. I then arrived at the property to find a stained sofa, no sofa bedding was provided, a rail hanging off the wall and a window overlooking the busy road which did not lock properly. On the day of checkout, a cleaner arrived half an hour before checkout time and said that we needed to leave. To which I responded - it was not time and I would be leaving at the agreed time. Once we did checkout, I received a prompt email saying that I would not be receiving my deposit due to damage that had been caused to the floor. I am so thankful that I took pictures and videos of the property on arrival so I was able to dispute this and demand my deposit. Terrible stay and really ruined my plans for the weekend. DO NOT BOOK!

    The property was decorated to a high standard with modern finishes and was spacious.

    The WiFi service needs improvement. The size of the cooking utensils is too small. A little bit larger will be fine

    Be careful, as the landlord might try to withhold your deposit. I want to say this is the worst experience I've had. Firstly, I checked into room 14, and the key was in the lockbox of room 14. However, during check-in, they told me the key was in lockbox 4, causing a significant delay. Additionally, the soundproofing and internet in my room were poor, and the water heater broke once, with repair taking three days. Despite these issues, I endured because the apartment was affordable. So, I chose to stay for a second month, even informing the cleaners not to enter my room. However, at check-out, I found the landlord attempting to deduct £100 from my deposit. Initially, they requested returning the key to the lockbox upon leaving. Due to the confusion during check-in, I wasn't sure which box to return it to, so I left it on the table inside and informed them via email. The landlord warned me this might result in a deduction. Two weeks later, I discovered my deposit hadn't been returned. When I inquired, the landlord claimed the cleaners spent too long, causing a delay, so they wouldn't refund any of my deposit. Yet, I never needed cleaning during my two-month stay, saving the landlord time and money. Moreover, I maintained room 14 well. I left the apartment at 10 am on check-out day, unaware of any cleaning delay. Despite the landlord's error causing my check-in delay, they believed their mistake was normal. I forgave all the property's flaws but cannot forgive the landlord for deceiving me about my deposit

    There’s no Wi-fi so we couldn’t watch no TV also no live TV so the TV was there as a piece of decor so if you willing to have no access to TV nor Wi-Fi then book it 👍

    All good

    The structure was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. It was very functional for our needs. All seemed brand new. Transport services very close by. The staff of structure were always available online and our requests/queries were immediately answered.

    Very noisy and disappointed experience. The sleep room just direct to the main street. During the calling with service center and even with booking the whole time, which no help in between. I have to stay there many days during those un-well sleep situation. Never experienced that bad service. During check-in also problem. Misleading from the host, which is unacceptable.

    Actually nothing. Very loud, too much noise on the street, especially during the night, all these noisy makes sleep not possible. No solution. No help from this. Very disappointed. Problem during check-in, because of the misleading from host/wrong message from service team, which caused extra costs from taxi. It is unacceptable, unhelpful during all the communication with host. The terrible experience and most terrible experience during 10 years travels.

    There was no heating and no hot water available during my stay. I had to leave early to another accommodation to be able to shower. I did not troubleshoot with the property as I was there for work and was working and on calls most of my stay and had no time to be troubleshooting basic human necessities such as heat and hot water. Property is saying that they need proof of no hot water and no heating - how do even show that? Please let them come sort it if you experience similar issues while you are at the property so you don’t end up out of pocket. Also the Wi-Fi is atrocious, I had to use my personal hotspot for all my work and meetings.

    Good location. Secure and next to a bus station. Has shops and restaurants within walking distance.

    The location is absolutely awful. No one can find it it’s really difficult to find. Ordered from just eat twice and both times I didn’t get my delivery because they couldn’t find where I was. Also the tele dosnt work and there’s no curtains on some of the windows so no privacy

    Unfortunately, my stay in the room was far from satisfactory. The room's temperature control was ineffective, leading to discomfort throughout the night. Persistent noise from outside, combined with a draughty window, made the atmosphere less than ideal. Furthermore, issues with privacy and security due to malfunctioning doors or windows no being able to close added to the challenges. These factors collectively made for a restless and unsatisfactory night's stay.

    Busy with traffic on London Road, so it was a bit loud in the bedroom. The windows cancelled out the noise better in the living room.

    The apartment was wonderful. It was brand new and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The living room was spacious. The kitchen was very well kitted out, with a dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and dishwasher tablets. There was a laundry with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron. The bathroom was very clean and the bath and shower were spacious. It was perfect for staying with our baby son, as he could happily crawl around. It was very conveniently located for staying near family. The cafe and supermarket across the road were very convenient. Close bus stop with several routes outside and the tram was a short walk away.
