Very clean house on a quiet road. Facilities were excellent and kids loved the games room. If you fancy a takeaway when there I can recommend the Golden Bowl Chinese, great food.

The bathroom was on the second floor.

We loved the shower, kitchen, living room, game room. It was in a quiet neighborhood and the host supplied us with the necessities, including cooking utensils. Host replied quickly with answers to our questions.

The only thing I would say is not really a criticism... Because we all are adapted to our own beds in which a different bed is not going to be the same as at home. Also fresh plan White bedding would be better than the current dark ones in my opinion. Enjoyed the stay and Jamie the owner was in good communication.

Could have ideally done with a few more bathroom towels, given that there was 4 adults for a fridayi-monday stay. For example no extra hand towels in bathroom? Hot tub at rear of garden wasn't useable

Great house, great standard of accommodation- games room in the garden was superb! Great location - easy bus route into city centre nearby. Taxi from city centre back only £11! Overall the facilities available were fantastic!!!

Only 4 cups in the kitchen and one wine glass! The coffee machine needs descaling red light on. The Bathroom needs a hand towel, and toilet roll holder. The bedrooms need bed side lamps or over head lamps.

The beds and pillows were comfortable but the polyester bedding was disappointing.

The house was well equipped with all those little conveniences that make a stay comfortable. Fully functional kitchen, extra products in the bathroom, iron and board, hair dryer, multiple fully functioning TVs, not to mention the games room which was a huge hit as was the hidden TV in one of the bedrooms. Jamie our host was also very attentive and at the end of the phone if we needed anything.

The location was wonderful, with beautiful greenery nearby and lots of walking paths. The heart of Belfast is barely 10-15 mins drive away. The bus stop is nearby and so is a large Superstore (10 mins walk). The house was very comfortable with sufficient amenities. The host Jamie was very helpful and responsive. I would like to thank Jamie for all the arrangements and hospitality.

It was so spacious, comfortable & such great value for money . There’s a tv in the bed lads 😂 .. extra attention to detail with the Christmas tree & lights . Would defo stay again . My 4 year old loved it aswel

Couldnt fault a single thing everything for our stay was perfect.

The house is an amazing modern home right in the heart of Belfast. No detail was spared when putting the guest first. The bed in the main master is like sleeping on a cloud and the tv built into the bed who wouldn't want that luxury. A kitchen with every utensil or pan you needed which was brill ! The games room is something else too. We cant wait to stay again and really didnt want to leave ! The neighbourhood was so lovely and quiet too, perfect for us.
