The first room I was in had no TV remote and the heating didn't work, so I was moved to the next room where the door handle was hanging off and the coat rack was on the floor, (should have been on the wall) being a tradesman I said I'd fix both for free which I I did, never received any thanks! Hence this review. The hand held shower head was missing and the bathroom cupboards had mould in them, the shower never went above luke warm, The kitchen lacked cooking utensils ( I believe there was one fork !!!) Bags of rubbish were pilled up in the kitchen and outside my room window outside, All in all it was clean ish, but the owner could do with visiting and keeping tabs on the property and addressing these issues.

Did the job but no home comforts , no Wi-Fi code for the TV supplied .

For the money we paid was ok but needs upgrading our bathroom hadn’t been cleaned still had shampoo bottles and old razor in the shower, no toilet roll in our room . Mix up with door codes to get access to our rooms but this issue was resolved quickly by a very helpful lady over the phone.

Arrived at the property. Took about 10 mins to get the door code. Was told I should wait inside so they can find what room I'm in about half an hour later they responded telling me the booking would have to be cancelled. Owner is being as non-responsive as possible and is dodging the question of a refund. A bunch of doors in the place where simply unlocked and you could wander around at will once you had the door code. Seems like a scam!

Arrived at the house. Couldn't get inside. Rang the number on the email. The person on the phone said he wasn't dealing with the property and would get someone to call me back. Nobody called. I spoke to somebody who came outside the property to smoke who said they were staying in the apartment2 so I made other arrangements.

The toilet and shower cubicle had dry soap which made it slippery and dangerous The kitchen was dirty and had no cups The alarm battery had gone so there was a continuous beep The online staff gave us another room when we went there there was someone already living there so we were back in the room given to us first with allnight beep There was no wifi

Room smelt like stale cigarette smoke, pee on toilet seat and scummy toothpaste in jar on sink. Not enough toilet paper for one person for even one night. Shower was basically cold. I messaged immediately about the smoke smell and although lady seemed somewhat apologetic and told me a cleaner would come, absolutely nothing was done about it. Poor service and not as cheap as it should be.

No code given for room door so our room was unlocked and we were unable to lock it. We texted, sent an email and tried to phone but no reply. Haf drunk bottle of coke left on chest of drawers. Toiletries left in shower cubicle and bathroom floor soaking wet. Seemed as though someone had just had a shower in our unlocked room. No towels. No bin. No hangers in wardrobe. Shared kitchen was dirty. No washing up liquid or tea towels. Crumbs all over the worktop. Dirty glasses in the sink. Half eaten takeaway curry in the fridge. We left after an hour as didn't want to leave our belongings in a room that was unlocked or alternatively lock the door but not be able to get back in. Avoid this place at all costs.
