We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomStairs! Four flights hard work with a suitcase and you are getting on a bit. The building is still being modernised and there is a place for a lift so will be better when it's operational. Washing machine in the basement and no dishwasher, not a problem for short stay. Entry time 3pm but the cleaner had only just arrived. She wasn't expecting me. Left my bags and returned at 4.15pm as she was finishing up. It was a hot day and I had had enough of wandering around so stayed. Rushed her a bit so it wasn't spotless.
Perfect location for central Northampton. Very large, light and airy room. No sound from traffic or other people. Bed and pillows comfy. Easy instructions as to how to get in but I managed to lock myself out. Phoned the owner and he was there within an hour, very helpful. All the facilities you would need if you wanted to cook. If the lift gets put in would use this place again.

United Kingdoma lot of stairs with no lift, no handrail on first flight of marble stairs wasn’t safe, dark hallways and no signs in the building made it difficult to find the flat (confusing building layout), parking quite expensive if staying for multiple days (£8.80 for a full day plus £2.20 to park overnight)
beautifully decorated, very clean, great facilities, very modern, good central location for shops, basics were provided (shampoo conditioner shower gel & tea coffee sugar milk etc.), wi-fi was good, smart TV, great communication from host Ethan, easy self check in and out, would stay again!

United KingdomHot water turned off and no info pack explaining how and where to turn on - it’s a switch between front and bathroom door, you’ll hear the pump going when on. Shower not very adjustable in heat and power unless you turn off, change and turn back on. Stain on sofa bed. 4 flights of stairs up not a problem for us but earthing cable hanging across 3rd flight stairs and no handrail on marbled 1st flight cant be building regs compliant surely? The market square is Currently is a building site and like the rest of the town centre has rough sleepers in doorways and people in grey trackies shouting at each other.
Very clean very well contained and dressed appt by bus stops near Market Sq. comfortable firm bed. was told day before stay that wardrobe replaced by hanging rail which looked great anyway and that tv aerial before had been broken and in process of being fixed. Didn’t use tv during stay. Lots of cooking facility. Entry system works fine and very quiet place to stay. Flat 1 had a 4th floor view out the back towards derelict building rear and concrete office blocks but didn’t detract from one night stay. Park in Grosvenor shopping centre and walk through Boots L-shape store to skip 5 minute walk around the boarded off market square and miss meeting the locals. Car park from 4pm to 10am cost £3.30

AustraliaThe apartment is on the fourth floor, with around 70 stairs and no lift. Worth knowing if you have any mobility issues or heavy cases, it definitely felt like a long way up with mine.
Really lovely apartment - spacious, stylish and comfortable. Also very functional with a well kitted out kitchen, nice couch, windows that actually open (unlike many hotels), reasonable wifi (for me at least) and a nice hot shower. Access on arrival was also easy with the key left in a key box at the property.

United KingdomIt could have been better if in near future the apartment can have elevator. As the flight of stairs to go to upper floor was quite a challenge. But due to notice the refurbishing that we notice was underway, i hope and believe that too is underway.
Everything about apartment met what i was expecting. Even when we get lost, we couldn't see the entrance because is changed from how it look from a picture and the number for the building wasn't clearly visible. But one phone call away to a very helpful gentlemen make everything easy. He was available immediately to resolve such a little inconvenience over the phone.

United KingdomThe flats are still being refurbished and there was a lot of dust in the communal areas as well as unconnected wires etc. and there was drilling and building noise in the morning. A USB socket would be a useful addition.

United KingdomI specifically chose to stay at this apartment to avoid having to deal with hotel WiFi as the WiFi was vital for my stay. Free WiFi was advertised but was so poor that you could not get it to work at all. Very disappointed
Modern, lovely apartment. Was very surprised with how good this apartment was. Everything you could need, except WiFi or mobile data signal.
