The Diner. We had dinner there and the service was bad. Waitress never came to us, we had to flag her down. There seemed to be an issue generally and we could hear staff complaining to each other. One of the chefs came out of the kitchen to complain to the waiting staff about food not being delivered to tables. Such a shame, because we’ve been several time before and it was excellent.

Comfortable and clean room with all the mod cons you need. However, although I like the boiling/filter taps in the corridors, it’s not great for when you need a drink just before bed or when you first wake up. The mugs are tiny too, which means you need more than one cup of tea and that means leaving the room again. Otherwise, I love this hotel. The reception staff are welcoming and friendly. The tea and coffee selection is great, as are the quality toiletries.

Room- clean and very comfortable Staff - extremely friendly and helpful. I left my airpods in the room, and staff called me straightaway to let me know. Location - great location and easy access to the moto A lift in the building would be good too.

Noise of traffic from nearby motorway. £ 15 early check in fee . Arrived at 2.30 pm and hotel still wanted to apply charge for check in opening at 3pm. Only one toilet available for changing - 3 in party. Not the best of welcomes.

Convenient to where family members live. Nice facility with friendly staff.

The room was very nice. It was large and you didn't feel cramped like some of the other budget hotels.The bed was lovely and big and very comfortable. The shower was superb. Overall it was great value for money.

I would have liked the EV Charging to be inc. in stay, rather than a £15 per night additional charge. Although the hotel is not far away from the Mall, it's not the nicest route to walk, alongside a fairly busy road.

Convenient location (with a car), all Bristol has to offer nearby (all though worth noting Bristol Zoo isn't where booking.com thinks it is anymore). Comfortable rooms, friendly (even sociable) reception area with comfy seats, and a bar!

Amazing motel. Rooms very spacious and beds really comfortable. Very clean. Good showers and endless supply of complimentary teas and coffees in the reception area. Very welcoming staff. Plenty of parking. Really good Cowshed toiletries. It had Dyson hair appliances in rooms.

The only thing I don't like is not having a kettle in the room. I never quite fancy having to venture outside of my room in my PJs to get a cup of coffee in the morning!

I've actually lost count of the amount of times I've stayed at Mollie's, it's obvious to say that I love it there. Great decor, superbly clean, great amenities, friendly staff, good food & drink options next door in the diner. The rooms feel like home to me now. Its comforting and familiar to me. My favourite things are the large comfy beds, the view of the courtyard, the amazingly powerful shower and being able to use Chromecast to catch up on my Netflix shows in the evening.
