Our room was on the second floor and there’s no lift. My wife has some mobility problems so we’d have appreciated either a room on the ground floor or a lift. Nothing else to dislike from our point of view.

Good room, large and very comfortable bed, good en-suite facilities, excellent breakfast. Location very good, ample parking available adjacent to the property at a reasonable price. Hosts were attentive and helpful.

The room was big had a view of the gardens, very clean & the bed & pillows were so comfy, Jane & Tim were great hosts. Breakfast has to be ordered the day before, the first day we had the full English it was high quality plentiful and delicious we didn’t eat again until dinner :) the rest of our stay we ordered the light breakfast consisting of porridge, cereal, toast & jams, marmalade and honey, fresh fruit and yogurt was exactly that fresh and delicious presented lovely too. We will definitely be returning

One tiny niggling thing was that the water in the basin was not very hot. Apart from that there was nothing.

We stayed 3 nights in a sea view room. Lovely comfortable bed and en suite facility. Our breakfast was just what we wanted and cooked to perfection. There is a lovely bar which is amply stocked with draught beers.

From the very start the hosts at the Mon Fort were exceptional! We checked in on Friday after a very long and anxious drive as our power steering had gone in the car. Without asking the hosts arranged for our to be seen the following morning so we could continue our holiday and get back home safely on the Sunday. The room itself (we had a king room with a garden view) was stunning. Clean, warm and the shower was a delight. We particularly liked all the different plants inside and outside of the property and the living room area downstairs was also a nice treat. Another perk of staying at this wonderful accommodation is you can pay just £3 for all weekend parking. Such an all rounder! We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for making our holiday and enjoyable and stress free. Couldn’t of asked for more.

It was central to our trip and mainly left the car and wandered round . Bed very comfortable and the room was spotless.Loved the breakfast ( I had full English , bacon and tomato sandwich , porridge, on separate days as well as cereal.

The most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, perfect location, friendly owners and amazing view. Car parking was a doddle and it has lots of amenities nearby.

Very pleasant and very comfortable room with a huge and comfy bed. The ensuite was very clean as was everything in it. Our large dog loved it too. The breakfast was super too.

The room was super cold when we arrived and the bathroom was absolutely freezing (no radiator in there) we left the bathroom door open as we left to go out for a few hours and when we came back the room had warmed up due to the heating coming on but no sooner did we get back the heating went off and then woke up throughout the night due to it being so cold.
