Some of the furnishings/ decor in the room were a bit tired looking. The options for breakfast were a little confusing. Ie it seemed that if you paid for a full English breakfast this didn’t include anything extra from the continental buffet but then we were given some toast when we asked for it.

It was a comfortable place providing all the facilities you needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Room was in the basement so a bit dark, attached to an Indian restaurant so a bit of noise from extractor fans and some food smells.

Great location for the tube station and the museums, also lots of food and entertainment around the area

Small towels considering price and location. Tv channels lacked in entertainment and extra charge for movies. Shower was below par. Not strong enough. Lift out of order. Alot of stairs Breakfast was cold on plate No actual secure luggage room

The room was a triple. Enough space for 2 people. Comfortable bed. Discount at in-house restaurant Nd bar. Staff were very attentive and professional Extra for full English breakfast was worth it. Delicious and good choice for continental. Was able to leave luggage for pick up later

Location wise and price wise, you cannot beat this hotel. Breakfast was spot on and we also tried the Indian restaurant one evening which was excellent. 10 minute stroll to the royal Albert hall. Tube station literally across the road. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful.

It was great location and easy to get around given how close it was to the tube. Very friendly front staff that was very helpful and I love that they were able to hold our luggage given that we had to get in early for our event.

Our AC/ fan unit didn’t work. A bit warm in the room.

Excellent location very close to the Tube and within walking distance of Hyde Park and several museums. Spacious room with a fridge and kettle. We were given a free upgrade to a triple room, which was very nice.

The beds were a little bit stiff for my taste but I was happy with extra pillows in the closet.

The location and price were excellent and I was very happy with the overall accommodations. After reading some reviews online I was a little nervous when we were giving a room in the lower level but it was quiet and having an unusually large room was nice since we were staying a week. They joked it was the "party room" with four beds, but having plenty of room when we came back to relax, put leftovers in the fridge, pack our bags, etc. was great.

The Montana is a nice hotel. It's clean, the staff are very pleasant and the restaurant is excellent. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

The lift remained broken for many days, and it was bothersome. Bathroom was so tiny, completely inappropriate for obese people, in a classic room

Undoubtedly, the location close to the Gloucester underground station, in South Kensinton, was a privilege. Staff was gentil, breakfast was good, well served but not a complete English breakfast, indeed. Facilities in the room worked promptly. Nearby commerce is varied.
