The property is immaculately presented, in a quiet location which has great access to multiple locations. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating without being intrusive. our room was compact, spotless and well equipped. The breakfast was an absolute delight! More than enough for two people with a lovely selection. We cannot recommend this property enough, if you want to go somewhere to relax or explore this is the place for you.

There wasn't anything that comes to mind, that we didn't like. I would say Mooreview house is easily one of the best places we've stayed.

The room was exceptionally clean and well organised, with the hosts being rather pleasant. Moorview house is in a great location for exploring the North Devon countryside.

Our room (2) was.rather compact, however, that in itself wouldn't stop us from returning.

Nothing to dislike

Very nicely furnished and everything had been thought of to make it an enjoyable stay. The continental breakfasts served in our room were varied and very enjoyable. There was also plenty of room in the garden to relax.

big thanks to Stephen, we arrived very late at the hotel, but we had a light left in the room and milk in the fridge, a very nice welcome. Breakfast prepared in a basket great idea, we felt very spoiled.

You could not fault a thing. The host was excellent and nothing was a problem if we need anything. I would not hesitate to book and stay again if I was in the area.

We received a very warm welcome, from Stephen, upon arrival. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a smart tv, Wi-Fi and a lovely wet room. We appreciated that fresh milk was provided for tea/coffee. The Continental breakfast arrived promptly every morning, early as we had requested, and was very good. Stephen was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to returning to Moorview in the future and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

The room was a little small but we looked at the other rooms and will definitely be back to stay in the suite.

The surroundings were spectacular The host, Stephen couldnt do enough for us and was very attentive. The room was well presented, modern and clean. The bed was comfy, with 2 types of pillow to choose from. The continental breakfast was delicious with warm pastries a real treat.

I have no criticisms at all.

The location was idyllic on the hill outside of Bideford with far-reaching views and ideally placed for star-gazing on a clear night. The Continental breakfast was simple, healthy and high-quality. The quality of finish in the accommodation was very high with excellent furniture design and fittings used throughout. No expense had been spared and the interior design has been carefully thought through.

The room size was on the smaller side but they utilised the space fantastically with a metal stand combining shelves & clothes rail. Otherwise there were no negatives from our stay.

The continental breakfast was fantastic, excellent quality delivered in a picnic basket outside the door. The quality of everything in the room from toiletries to tea /coffee, all being top brands so no skimping. The location was just a short trip away from Bideford, lovely quiet countryside location. Fantastic friendly & helpful host Stephen - will definitely be back for another stay.

The breakfast was very good, nice variety, Plenty of milk so you could have plenty of tea or coffee when you wanted. Nice to see a good selection of local produce.

Our room (#2) was quite small, so wasn't the most comfortable to spend a lot of time in. It felt a bit cramped during breakfast, as there wasn't much room to prepare/eat - maybe would've preferred a dining room, or to eat in the garden in warmer months.

Our host Stephen was really friendly, and the property itself was lovely. In the house, everything was extremely clean and modern. Breakfast was delivered outside the room at 8am every morning in a thermal bag, which was a nice continental selection of cereal, pastries and jams etc. We also loved the remote location, it was an easy ~20 min drive from a few major towns in the area and a quiet place to come back to.

Internet connection poor, although this was to be expected. Outside seating area could do with a little more attention. No fridge.

Attention to detail. - List of places to visit, best places to eat etc. Very helpful. Great breakfast delivered every morning. Beautiful scenery Comfortable bed Dog friendly in certain rooms. Accommodating and welcoming.

Unable to connect to internet at all., despite passwords given etc Driving onto the property, tyres slipping on loose gravel at entrance. Trees at parking area need a bit of a haircut as scratching along roof of my vehicle. You only make contact with the owner/ manager via messaging or phone. No mobile phone signal in house. No internet so rather tricky. Unable to thank you and hand over the keys at end of stay.

It was clean, comfortable and private. You could come as go as you wanted. We liked the kitchen cupboard arrangement.

If I have to say anything negative I found the pillows a little to firm but that’s my personal preference

Booked this property not knowing what to expect when we arrived was greeted by the owner very friendly and welcoming. Was shown to our room which had a big wow factor amenities high end and beautiful bathroom. Your privacy was respected but if you need anything always there to help. Continental breakfast delivered to your door every morning at 8oclock amazing selection of items albeit a little to much for us.

Such a beautiful, cosy, clean room with a stunning bathroom. Everything exceeded our expectations with this stay and the host was so friendly too. We loved the breakfast and genuinely did not want to leave. The bed was so comfortable too! Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon

The place was absolutely amazing I didn't expect to have it that nice and clean, it specially the bathroom, all during a pandemic. Breakfast was lovely with fresh local products. Location was very good for visiting other places. Steven was very nice and friendly. I can definitely recommend this place and I hope to be back here in the future we really enjoyed it. Thank you Steven.
