There wasn't much to complain about as the host was very accommodating. I did notice some dust around the room, which I didn't mind cleaning. The host also changed my bedsheet to ensure that I felt at ease. On a personal note, the host was also understanding when my hair cover stained the pillow covers.

The host was extremely accommodating and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The place was easy to find and within a few stops of central Manchester. The area is quiet, so there is no worries when it comes to sleep, which is made even better with the comfort of the bed. I didn't use any other amenities but the bathroom, which were also to a good standard. It is definitely a place where I will stay at again, so highly recommend.

Excellent little place to stay and perfect for the football at the Etihad 20 minute walk would use again. The staff was nice and friendly and made us feel at home .

Overall experience was terrible. Zero communication with host. They never answered messages or phone calls. Although we had two urgent problems to solve with their place. We came for a concert. The rules say that at midnight the entry door closes unless requested by resident. We many times called and messaged the host to say we will come after midnight. Never got answer, needed to rush and literally run after the concert to get in by midnight. And we are 44&51, not teenagers in a student dorm to make us running for curfew. Ended up coming 5 minutes later, the door was closed. Luckily, another guest was in the kitchen and opened us. Otherwise we would stay on the street for the night! Caused us lots of stress. Second terrible thing, there was no duvet at all, no blanket, just a very thin sheet to cover. And it is October in the UK, not summer in Italy! It is said in the hall that guests can request additional blankets (we didn't have any!) We messaged and called the host - no answer. We were frozen terribly at night. The heating in the room wouldn't turn on either. We slept fully clothed and put on our coats over sheets that's how cold it was. After the trip we both got ill with terrible cough for a week. I would not recommend staying in this place. Although it was cheap, clean and in good location, lack of communication completely crosses those values out.

Very cosy house close to the Etihad Stadium. It has two large bedrooms, shared bathroom and kitchen with all utensils. Perfect for a quiet night out.

It can be a little bit loud when other guests are coming in and out as the stairs are uncarpeted but this wasn't a big issue as there are only 3 guest rooms. Mirrors in the bedrooms would have made it easier to get ready in the morning.

Really lovely place. Very clean with comfy beds. The kitchen was always clean with good fridge space, tea, coffee, and space to cook. Bathroom was nice and well maintained. Location is decent as it's near the tram. Very easy to come in and out of the property. Host was lovely!
