Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomRooms were a bit basic for the price but were very clean and modern . Hotel is located so close to train station so can hear traffic and trams until very late at night and early mornings. Difficult to sleep initially but get used to the different sounds
Great central location next to train station and walking distance of city Center. Bed was very comfortable and room was modern and well decorated. The communal areas of hotel were comfortable and modern. The staff were super friendly and helpful

United KingdomThe hotel was in a fabulous location - it really is only 5 minutes from Piccadilly - see nighttime photo I included, taken from my room. (The quickest route to the hotel is via the side entrance from the station, not the main entrance.). The rooms are sound proofed. Very clean. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. (We had booked to go to Co-Op Live to see Peter Kay on my birthday. Having the show cancelled 24hrs beforehand didn’t put us off and we decided to travel and stay anyway. Glad we did - the hotel provided us with a lovely base to explore Manchester instead.)

There were no bedside tables and the TV was mounted in the in the corner of the room with no way to adjust which was a little strange. I also felt like it could do with black out curtains because I was woken up by the light coming in
The hotel is in a great location and the lobby is stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The comfort of the room was mostly great.

The hotel was lovely and in a great location for canal street, however somone walked into my room at 8.30/9.00am on the Monday morning while I was still in bed I told reception and they said they'd look at CCTV, I was abit shocked as the doors lock when they shut so someone must've had a key, they said it would've been house keeping yet check out wasn't until 12pm
