Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe room size could have been bigger, if you have big cases, you would struggle! Ideal for a lone traveller. A couple would find it cramped. The prices of the bar are pretty high.
The location is very central to the busy centre area of Manchester, which is ideal. The hotel has a nice bar area and the rooms are a good size, but not the biggest. Bathroom lovely!

GermanyI like to leave a window open over night and it was a bit loud, which is understandable :) but with closed windows you don't hear anything and it is super quiet. The room was a little bit dark since there was another building just opposite but it didn't bother my stay at all :)
Cleanliness, friendly staff, location! I booked this place last minute as my previous accommodation was not as advertised. This place exceeded my expectations and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Friendly staff in the bar and reception. Cleanliness is a top! I like the idea of paper cups in the room. I will definitely stay there again when I am back to Manchester.

JordanThe location is amazing very central near Tesco and Sainsbury’s and near all shopping centers only walking distance no more the 10 minutes. The tram is one minute from the hotel . The hotel is lovely and special thanks to a lovely staff lady Sam for her help and to Pablo and Rob. Such staff rise the hotel to be 5*. I recommend the hotel it is a real gem

GermanyMy only issue was when I booked this place I booked it with booking.com and their website said the room came with breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel they said no breakfast was booked. I pushed further, showing that it’s not possible to choose a room WITHOUT breakfast included. The man offered me a complimentary breakfast. But I think you might want to sort this problem out :)
