Rose and Shaun are great hosts. Breakfast , cooked by Shaun if you wanted was also great. View from room was super. Room v comfortable.

The bedroom was adequate and spotlessly clean with its own en suite the only thing that spoiled it was that it was a little small. This however would not stop me from booking again

The breakfast was superb and there was a wonderful view over the dart estuary. It was so tranquil and I could have remained there for ever.

The coffee was a bit weak for our taste.

Breakfast was very nice and generous. All served and no self helping. Homemade jams, yummy. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere in the dining room and the interesting ornaments. The owners were very friendly and helped with local information. The view from the bedroom was absolutely stunning and lots of little extras made us feel very welcome. The owner even provided binoculars which we loved. The bed was very comfortable and large and we had a good sleep. Parking was also provided inside the property.

Breakfast was excellent the full English superb. Looked after my wife as she is Gluten free. Location is a steep walk down to the harbour and town. But fantastic view from the bedroom window.

Nothing to dislike at the venue.

Great hosts first and foremost. The most fantastic panoramic view of Dartmouth from the huge bedroom. Most comfy bed we have slept in ever! Fantastic breakfast using all local produce or grown on sight. Nothing was to much trouble for our hosts. Parking on site (Dartmouth can have big parking problems) Would we use them again? Absolutely.

Panoramic views mean an uphill walk from the town, but this was a small drawback as we do not have a problem with walking.

The walk uphill from the town is steep! No problem to me,but persons with mobility issues likely to need either to drive or call a Taxi.

Our room was smaller than expected. Online was a picture of the bigger rooms. Very little room around the bed. We use the chair to put our small overnight suitcase on as nowhere else to put it. I would request a bigger room next time.

View from our room of the college was very good, and excellent views of Dartmouth while eating breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had extras such as robes and a wide range of toiletries available.

Steep hill down to town!

We were asked if we wanted to upgrade for a small extra fee when we arrived as a guest had cancelled and we immediately said yes as the room had a huge bay window with absolutely superb view over the whole of Dartmouth and the harbour. Very well equipped room with all that you might need. Excellent breakfast featuring a variety of cold options including homemade fruit compote and brilliant cooked breakfast options. Superbly equipped with everything that you could possibly need, and a few more things as well! Certainly a place to go back to.
