Unfortunately 1 of the members of staff was super grumpy couldn't be bothered and she was rather rude. Luckily the rest of the team made up for her. The other thing would be the parking. They dont say that you have to still pay for parking. We arrived on check in day at 9am and left the next day at 3pm and paid £25 and the car park is quite far for someone who struggles walking.

I absolutely love the quirkiness of this hotel. It was so clean, and fantastic location to the NEC. 90% of the staff I met couldn't do enough to help you and was super friendly.

I would probably expect a quiet area for work calls, but the library did just fine.

Staff was great, the room was very up-to-date and had that new feel about it.

Breakfast left a bit to be desired, especially for the price. Could have more/better hot food options (in regards to said breakfast). Bathrooms were also a tad bit small.

Amazing view of the lake and resorts world building. Great (1 minute) walking distance to NEC venue for event. Very clean rooms and amenities.

Less than half of the rooms are expected to have a view of the NEC wall, but that is to be expected of its location. Fingers crossed i get an odd number for next time!!

Such a perfect place to stay! The rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily! The food and drinks are tasty and expertly crafted! Looking forward to my next stay there!!

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel.

Absolutely everything, so very clean, the suite we had was fantastic. Quirky ground floor, love the games area, love the variety of seating areas, friendly staff. Breakfast was yummy, the location was fab, couldn't fault anything. The suite was calm, relaxing and spacious. View was good, beds comfortable, perfect for chilling and sleeping. Thanks for a great stay, will definitely be back

Love how it’s right in between the NEC and Resorts world. Was perfect after a long day at the convention going back to relax for an hour then going to get something to eat! Also last time I stayed the room got really hot and having the window open didn’t help either so it was great to see there’s now tower fans in the rooms!

I was upgraded to accessible room as I am a wheelchair user. Free of charge. This was one of the best I've ever been in. Great night sleep comfy bed and pillows

Lovely hairdryer in the room but no plug near a mirror. On arrival we were given a voucher for 2 free cocktails but when trying to redeem them it turned out menu-based cocktails were off limits and we were restricted to a choice of two “on tap” pre-made iced tea variations or rosé Prosecco.

So close to the arena - perfect location. The quality of the room was excellent - very comfortable night’s sleep, spacious and it’s a dog-friendly hotel too.

Soundproofing disappointing… lots of inconsiderate people returning to their rooms

Only one thing I’d say is as comfortable as the bed was the actual bedding made us very hot almost like it had waterproofing on it or something?!

It was very clean and the staff were both polite and helpful.The situation of the hotel was great as near to the Arena where we were attending a gig.

The discount for the parking wasn't really advertised as much, so stupidly hot the train. Definitely should have driven. But can't fault the hotel for that.

Room was really spacious, staff were lovely and helpful. Cleaning staff were above and beyond and absolutely amazing, really helpful and helped give us more sugar when we kept running out!

The breakfast just wasn't nice. I tried the cooked breakfast and it was dry and overdone two days in a row. So I really only had toast and a hot drink so for £12 pp it's steep.

The staff were great, the bed was so comfortable. The room has a great view.

Everything was great - top tip - do book early for your event, as it gets booked up fast as there are so many events happening at the NEC

Fantastic location - right opposite the NEC. Check in was efficient. I like the rooms - good size, well maintained. Cleaned to a high standard every day. The food is awesome as is the welcome cocktail when you check in.
