I only stayed one short night so nothing bad came up

The bang for the buck is very good. Everything that was written in the description was as it was in real life. That is why I am rating this as a 9 - my expectations were completely met! An added bonus is that the walk from the airport gates to the airport is like 15 minutes

The bathrooms are tiny, and I’m saying this as someone who is quite small. There was also a sign in the room that the temperature couldn’t really be manually controlled and if you wanted it cooler in the winter then just open a window- I did that and it did help cool it down, but then I could hear a lot of planes overhead.

Location is so convenient— we had an early morning flight the next day so decided to stay in the hotel the night before, and it was a great decision as we woke up refreshed and not in a panic to leave. They also have a 24/7 grab and go snack selection, which I didn’t end up using but I really appreciate that it was available!

Refreshments in the room could have been better. Basic, and no biscuit etc to have with tea/coffee. Ate in the onsite ‘restaurant’, food was ok, however £9 for a glass of wine was a steep. Should, I use this accommodation again, I shall take ‘provisions’.

Staff appeared distracted with themselves. Large spiders seen on curtains in bar area. Broken shower head holder and soap dispenser unusable.

Location ideal. Bar area contemporary design. Bed comfortable. Good pillows.

The lad who booked me in and booked taxi for me to take me over to airport was very nice and pleasant but as for rest of staff behind bar/reception I found very snappy especially one in particular I didn't get his name he was wearing white shirt with black waistcoat wore glasses was rude and very unpleasant when I asked a question he was very dismissive when twice I asked him something and he waving his hand to me like a child saying speak to my colleague who came walking down the bar slowly and she had heard him but she paid no attention to him or me who was standing there at reception I had to say excuse me twice before she finally she knew I was waiting for an answer it definitely has put me off staying there again I was planning to stay there when I return from trip but don't think I will stay there again.

Comfortable and stylish hotel. Positioned right opposite the airport rental car drop-off area and within walking distance to Edinburgh airport. Perfect for our overnight stay due to an early flight in the morning. The breakfast choices were not amazing, however, it was certainly enough for a good start to the day.

It got very hot during the night and would have been better to regulate the ac ourselves when needed

Availablity of staff at front desk. 2 out of 3 times I attended the desk, no one was there and had to wait ages for someone to randomly show up. Also tried called the hotel telephone number prior to check in twice, but no one answered. No opportunity for early check in, meaning that after arriving on a early flight, had wait around in airport until the 3pm check in time. No point giving your estimated arrival time as they won't accommodate this.

Room was very nice and clean. Hotel in general looked cool. Short stay so wasn't able to try out their facilities.

The rooms do not have aircon, only heating so they can be very warm unless well ventilated, should you need one fans are available

I had stayed there few years ago, at the time breakfast was very basic, they have improved the menu and offer massively

Very close to the airport. That made the wary morning flight bearable.

Rooms were too hot, no way to turn the air conditioning on or have the room cooler. I had to go down to reception at 1am after my wife and I woke up because it was just too warm. Night manager opened our room window to help.
