Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location, friendly, welcoming staff and great bar/lounge area with plenty activities for families! We took our Cockapoo and he received a welcome pack and plenty of attention from staff on check in! Booked early and got a great rate just before Christmas. Booked again for Christmas 2024!

United KingdomThe breakfast offering (I'm not a fan of a buffet) but there are plenty of cafes nearby that you can use and an M&S food hall around the corner.
Amazing dog friendly hotel in the heart of Manchester. Good discount at the NCP Spinningfields carpark (discount needed from the hotel if you prepay using the app) and had really comfy beds. The only downside was being charged by both the hotel and booking.com! But when I went back later in the day this was quickly sorted by staff - a shame it happened in the first place though and might have been harder to solve if we had left Manchester before I spotted the double transaction on my card. Safer I think to chose to pay at the hotel rather than prepay via the booking.com website.

Great location for exhibitions at Manchester Central and easy walk to Chinatown etc for places to eat. Breakfast had reasonable range of cereals, fruit, ham/cheese and bacon/omelette. Bonus marks for providing non-dairy milk. Plenty of seating.

The hotel was super modern, clean, smelled beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was a suitable size and designed beautifully. I was incredibly happy with the amount of amenities within the vicinity....we only had to walk 2 mins from the hotel to get to nandos! The breakfast was far better than I expected- cooked breakfast, great choice of cereals, fresh fruit and can even make a fresh waffle!! I'm going to be booking the hotel when I'm in Manchester again. Wonderful experience. The staff were amazing too!
