Not anything really, the staff could’ve maybe been a little more welcoming but other than that we love everything.

It’s our second time visiting Moxy and we just love it! Our favourite part is being able to carry out the night by playing jenga, connect 4 in the lobby whilst drinking some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had!

The parking discount was unclear when asking a member of staff in the evening. However, the following day a member of staff was really helpful and we were able to resolve the issue.

The location is great and the bed is very comfortable. We also had a great view and the free cocktail voucher was a nice touch.

Location is excellent and a factor when choosing accommodation in the city centre as it is so close to Albert Hall. I enjoy the welcoming vibe on entrance, friendly staff and always clean. The welcome drink is a lovely bonus.

Moxy was a bit overpriced for the amenities. Breakfast was extra, but very basic working breakfast. For anyone at work, the business center is a room next to ground floor lounging which is a bit distracting, and the same room is used for storing luggage.

The location was amazing. Will definitely visit back. I was new to the Moxy experience, so I expected more for the price. The ground floor was a great place to hang out, the staff was friendly and received great responses. Met all my requirements however would have been better if there was some more information while booking.

Only criticism is some of the limited menu items wasn't available so no wings or the totts we wanted, but we was all fed and happy.

Rooms are clean and modern, welcome drink is a nice touch ans the kids loved all the games. We ordered pizza on collect service and we all really enjoyed that.

I think there should be a small fridge in the rooms and few cutliary like plates and spoons in the room. Otherwise it's a great place to stay.

For us, there was nothing to dislike about the hotel from our 1-night stay.

The staff were superb and provided us with detailed information on the hotel facilities. Location-wise, this was perfect for us and is away from the main road, so very quite. The room was great with super comfy beds and the all-important working air conditioning. The bar was well stocked and the prices same as the local pubs and was open until 3am....

The rooms weren't as 'cool' as the downstairs area; they felt like they didn't really match the aesthetic. But they were still really nice though!

The location was really good, the downstairs lobby area of the hotel was really cool and a great place for a big group to hang out in. The bar and drinks were reasonable

Although on the surface the bedroom appeared clean, the kettle and tray was very dirty.dust everywhere we stayed in room 316. The skirting boards covered in dust. The room needed a thorough clean.

Fabulous, quirky hotel in a great location! We received a warm welcome.. with a welcome drink! The hotel is decorated in a unique way. Staff were friendly and helpful!

The room temperature was warm, but we were not able to lower the temperature. Perhaps this was the time of year, as it was unseasonably warm.

Very centrally located! When staying here you're closeby to good restaurants, sights, and shopping. The welcome drink is a nice touch! I highly recommend this hotel.

I would have liked a iron and ironing board in the room. there is a ironing room on the floor, but for convenience an iron in the room would be better.

Staff were great, polite and helpful, reception area bar is great, very comfy bed.
