Firstly I have to mention the staff at this Moxy Hotel, they were exceptional. They all made such a welcome difference to our stay. They were welcoming, helpful, polite, fun and nothing we asked was too much trouble. Sadly very rare in these days to find such a marvellous team. The room was a queen room, bed comfortable and clean. Breakfast consisted of everything we could need, cooked English and continental. Car park underneath the hotel. Really fabulous price for what we received. Great to be able to write such a glowing review.

Just to note that there is no room service and no phones in the rooms to call reception, so you have to use your personal phone to contact them. But I think it adds to the "keeping it simple" nature of the hotel, so no real complaints there. It would just be the icing on top if those things were added.

Friendly staff, good food choices, and the fun design of the rooms and the hotel - it had a great lounge area with workspaces, a pool table, games to play, a bar, etc. It created a really friendly and community feel, which was nice. The location was also great because it is easy ot get to from the station and close to lots of restaurants / places to eat, and the shopping centre.

- There was a bad smell of sewage coming from the drains in the bathroom - Bring ear plugs as the walls were quite thin and we heard things we didn’t want to! - The chromecast to connect your phone to the TV never works in Marriott Bonvoy hotels, and it didn’t work at this one either

- Great facilities and super affordable for an upmarket premier inn - We had breakfast and a free welcome drink (gin and juice) included in the price - There was onsite parking which for the location was definitely a bonus (it was worth paying £10 for a safe parking spot per night) - In a nice location of MK and near a big Sainsburys supermarket

Food prices were a little high and put us off having food but drinks were affordable

It's very modern and well designed, the decor is really cool in the bar/reception area and our room, while a little small was awesome. Staff are friendly and helpful which is what you want. We also got a complimentary cocktail each when we arrived which made us feel very welcome!

Only complaint would have been the bathroom was small, but I get why they’re like that.

Lovely and friendly staff, easy check-in and a great location. Great variety of breakfast choices. Enjoyed how it was open longer than some places- wasn’t rushed or crowded. Clean rooms & facilities. Lovely rooms, had everything we needed. Fun atmosphere and overall pleasant stay for all. Close by additional parking that was easy to find and use.

We had no faults at all.

Love the moxy. Very friendly staff from check in to the house keeping lady we met in the lift. Location is great and only minutes to walk out in evening for a restaurant. Wasn't able to park at hotel but ample parking just across the road pay at the meter as we had trouble by phone..

The staff at the bar (Jeli, April and Chloe) lead by a great team leader Ala are absolutely phenomenal. The service and attention to customer service is second to none, these guys make my weekly stay worth it every time and it’s no wonder I’ve switched my hotel in Milton Keynes. Great service with a smile and most importantly so attentive. 10/10
