Would have been nice to have some face towels (there were hand towels and regular bath towels) Also, there was a limit to the temperature I could set the thermostat to and the room was cold

The the shower was a bit small to fit as a couple and didnt not have shower caps my partner complained the bed was not that comfortable

Light under the bed that kept going on and off (think it was supposed to be when you got out of bed to help find the bathroom ?) a bit annoying but not too bad

Nothing was as perfect stay

Modern, clean, perfectly located. Good feeling as soon as you walk into the bar / reception area. Staff super friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. Would definitely recommend the hotel and looking forward to our next stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Nice touch is that the room had continental and USB (both types) electric points. Casual buzzy lounge area.

Free Wi-fi is passable, food and drink i found was quite over priced with a can of coke costing almost as much as a beer

Car parking wasn’t available and although parking just over the road was a very reasonable price we would have preferred to have had secure parking

Only thing that went wrong was that despite booking a family room for 1 Adult and 1 Child. the room's sofa bed was not made up on arrival. When I mentioned it, the receptionist said they only had 2 adults on the booking at their end. So two issues then, not one... firstly a breakdown in customer requirements from Booking.com to the hotel and secondly, at check in, it's quite clear that standing their with my 10 year old, the receptionist did not detect that what she saw (1 Adult and 1 Child) did not match their paperwork, 2 Adults. This should have been the control measure to detect the error and initiate an action to make up the room correctly.

Easy parking, pleasant welcome at the reception, great decor, lovely room, good location in MK, relaxed atmosphere, super breakfast seletion.

Convenient, EV charger, underground parking with lifts to rooms and bar. Free cocktails on arrival, it was my birthday so extra surprise. Opposite Nandos ( my favourite) close to shopping centre. Soooo quiet at night with lovely black out curtains and no gaps. Not loads of bright red or green lights all over the room when you turn all the lights off. Shower was great. Mia who checked us in was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient

The TV in my room wouldn't connect to my device so I only had normal TV channels. I had already settled for the evening and changed for bed or I would have raised it with reception and I'm sure they would have sorted it. I couldn't get the lift to stop at my floor on the way up (this floor is disabled message displayed), just took a ride to the top floor as it was fine coming down so no real issue for me.

Very modern, clean, and comfortable hotel, in a good location (10 minutes walk from train station). Complimentary drink on arrival, friendly staff, and competitively priced. I will definitely stay here again!

Nothing really but if I had to say something, hotel car parking is limited. We didn't manage to get a space, so parked over the road and paid via the Ringo app.

Hotel was fab from start to finish. April on check in was very welcoming, went above and beyond with information regarding the hotel and surrounding area. We were celebrating our anniversary, when we got in the room we were welcomed with balloon's on the bed and a lovely message on the mirror advising we were expected at the bar for a free drink. Breakfast was great too with a great variation of cold and hot items.

Firstly I have to mention the staff at this Moxy Hotel, they were exceptional. They all made such a welcome difference to our stay. They were welcoming, helpful, polite, fun and nothing we asked was too much trouble. Sadly very rare in these days to find such a marvellous team. The room was a queen room, bed comfortable and clean. Breakfast consisted of everything we could need, cooked English and continental. Car park underneath the hotel. Really fabulous price for what we received. Great to be able to write such a glowing review.
