The room was right next to the road so i could hear the car passing but it was very calm during the night.

Easy check-in, clean and spacious room, there was a microwave which was great to have, also some plates and cutlery. Overall a well equipped room with facilities that were useful.

When we turned the light off to sleep we noticed there was a very bright green light on the ceiling (perhaps a safety feature) which made it hard to sleep. The road noise outside started about 6am and by this time it was bright from the sunlight, the room would really benefit from blackout blinds. We used the accessible room and the sink wasn't great, either cold water or it splashes water everywhere because the hot water means super high pressure! Understandably the mirror was low (above the sink) but a longer mirror for people standing would also be useful.

Easy check in. Convenient parking. Clean and homely. Good facilities in the room - microwave and plates etc. Comfortable bed.

There's nothing to dislike here, everything is at a very high standard.

Warm welcome, easy self entry and well equipped room, microwave and hairdryer, very comfortable bed, immaculately presented. The guest self catering dining room is in room 6 with fridge and microwave etc. Look for the etc! Plenty of evening eating options in nearby Beauly. The friendly manager does an excellent job making this an excellent place to stay on the NC 500.

It was all lovely apart from the noise on the road outside and the small TV this is just a observation not a criticism

Every thing was lovely clean well stocked well presented we stayed t the front of the building I feel it could benefit with triple glazed windows as the road is a very busy road on the north coast 500 also could do with a bit bigger TV as a bit small apart from that I would highly recommend a stay and we would book again if we where in the area

A small shelf/ bathroom closet might be handy as there was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom.

The location and facilities were great. Check in was easy, the room was nicely decorated and very clean. The host has really taken care of everything to make our stay pleasant. Well recommended!

Recycling could be better. I think they have a plan for this though.

Difficult to get a taxi if need to go nearby.

Good value for money. Very simple, self check in/out. Very Friendly and adorable staff. Clean and oranized premises. Ideal for quickly stay or rest during some journey trip. Easy walking to 2 Cafes and Cooperative store.

Bed was very comfortable & room very clean. Great location for the places we wanted to visit & we had a nice walk round the town with our dog. Well thought out room with all your needs for a mini break.

The apartment was lovely , clean ,spacious, and very comfy beds. This is our second time staying at Muirbank, and both times we were very impressed with all the room facilities, cleanliness, and easy self check in. Thank you once again for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back again.
