It was all lovely apart from the noise on the road outside and the small TV this is just a observation not a criticism

Every thing was lovely clean well stocked well presented we stayed t the front of the building I feel it could benefit with triple glazed windows as the road is a very busy road on the north coast 500 also could do with a bit bigger TV as a bit small apart from that I would highly recommend a stay and we would book again if we where in the area

A small shelf/ bathroom closet might be handy as there was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom.

The location and facilities were great. Check in was easy, the room was nicely decorated and very clean. The host has really taken care of everything to make our stay pleasant. Well recommended!

Recycling could be better. I think they have a plan for this though.

Difficult to get a taxi if need to go nearby.

Good value for money. Very simple, self check in/out. Very Friendly and adorable staff. Clean and oranized premises. Ideal for quickly stay or rest during some journey trip. Easy walking to 2 Cafes and Cooperative store.

Bed was very comfortable & room very clean. Great location for the places we wanted to visit & we had a nice walk round the town with our dog. Well thought out room with all your needs for a mini break.

The apartment was lovely , clean ,spacious, and very comfy beds. This is our second time staying at Muirbank, and both times we were very impressed with all the room facilities, cleanliness, and easy self check in. Thank you once again for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back again.

I thought the place was lovely and wanted to support the local cafe by having breakfast with them but when I wandered over at 08.00 all the local shops were closed. I ended up going to the local supermarket to find suitable breakfast. Which wasn’t really a problem for me. But if you are the type of traveler who likes a have a cooked breakfast this place isn’t really for you unless you can make your requirements in a microwave.

Muir Bank is a lovely place to stay, the en-suite room I stayed in was spacious and exceptionally clean and well presented. Tea and coffee facilities with complimentary biscuits on arrival a microwave is also provided in the room. The property does not provide breakfast but you are warned of this prior to arrival. The property supports local businesses and recommends places to get breakfast and other meals. There is also a supermarket close by to get produce to make your own breakfast. Morag the lovely property manager popped in to welcome me after I had arrived and asked if there was anything I needed, she was very friendly and accommodating. The property is close to many places of interest and easily accessible when driving and private parking is available. I enjoyed my two night stay and would definitely recommend.

We prefer the double room as the twin beds were a bit soft but we were a bit late in booking.

Excellent location for us visiting family. Morag is always very helpful and keeps the place spotless. The lounge area with a fridge is very useful and comfortable.

The town did not have any restaurants or pubs nearby. There is no drying rack for plates or cuterly, which is not ideal when doing dished after eating.

The hotel was very clean and they seating area was nice. The beds were very comfortable and bedding was super soft and the bedrooms were well equiped with a kettle and microwave. One of our bedrooms also included a mini fridge which was useful. The wifi works great.
