Only thing we would suggest is somewhere to wash the dogs paws a Belfast sink outside the front door! It was a but wet at times and didn't like taking our dog upstairs to our room we did plenty of towels though. It is just a suggestion there was absolutely nothing wrong with our stay

Was an absolutely delightful lovely location and the hosts Blaine Jasmine went above and beyond to make our stay lovely thank you 😊 lovely breakfast rooms were stunning could not fault our stay in any way we shall be returning

Can't say there was anything we didn't like apart from the fact could do with a sign post a little earlier in the lane as my husband thought it was a dead end before the entrance. There again he is a man and doesn't always pay attention properly.

The place and surrounding gs are beautiful. Very friendly guy who saw to us .bedroom really lovely. Breakfast one of the best we have ever had.

The TV was a bit temperamental and we struggled to get sound at one point. Whilst fixing the issue we did spot there was a lot of dust behind the telly (just something to note, obviously didn’t affect our stay). Our room was quite dark due to its location which didn’t bother us but might bother some people. Appreciate there’s not a lot that can be done about that. I think it’s a little pricey as have stayed in other hotels for a similar rate that were probably slightly more luxurious BUT this hotel had other benefits like own entrance and no extra charge for dogs etc. so difficult to compare really.

Great location, beautiful grounds and surroundings. We had our two dogs with us and had a very spacious room with it’s own entrance which was ideal for us. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Even though there isn't a bar in the hotel which we knew when we booked it would have been nice as the local pub was small and overcrowded.

Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold food. Good location for surrounding attraction near whitby.

    Nothing.

House is beautiful, room was huge with beautiful decor, breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. They personalised our facilities for our 2 year old. Providing her with her own cutlery sets, cup in the bedroom, lovely bedding in the room. She was treated as an important person by all the staff and she really enjoyed herself. Which made it a lovely trip for us all. Thank you.

Jane had beans on toast which wasn’t on the breakfast menu, but the toast very strangely was cut into circles???? What did they do with the bits that were cut off?? We would have preferred just ordinary square slices. Plus not enough, beans very sparse. Other than that breakfast was very good. Also, the postcode given took us to one end of the mulberry estate and we couldn’t find the property. You could do with a little map to supplement the postcode.

Bed very comfy. Shower good. Good location near to Sandsend.
